| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well that was an alright transition episode. Ryou's rage is still pretty evident although I find it funny. As expected, Souma really knows how to boost morale. Lol, the Ikumi blush though.. Also interesting to see how Souma views his competition especially Akira. The triple threat three way match should be fairly interesting~ Nice to see Alice's mother showing up! |

| Pacing was pretty good in this episode. Anyways, it was basically buildup for the next episode. Next week will be Souma vs. Kurokiba vs. Hayama. Also Alice's mother was hilarious with her bad accent. The ending was funny, with Souma not having a fresh looking fish like the other two. Souma's obviously planning something. 5/5 |

| Good episode, Nice buildup. So Ryo and Hayama are experts at judging the quality of a Saury but Soma is still ways off from them. It was interesting to see Soma trying to come up with a different method of cooking. Aged meat eh, Should be quite intriguing to see what kind of dish he whips up with it. Wonder what was the final touch he added, Sakel? Vegetable Oil? That Sakaki changing scene. <3 Kinda sad how there was very little cheering for Soma's entrance :( , Totsuki should have accepted that the guy's a great cook by now, Even the reporters still underestimate him. Alice's mother is beautiful, Her accent is quite funny as well. Soma taking his fish out post credits was pretty hilarious. |

| Wow fan service was actually spot on this episode; I usually cringe, but dang Sakaki was attractive. Anyways, I wonder what dish everyone will make. Lol there was not much emphasis there. |
| Holy crap, Hayama's nose needs to be nerfed please. Nice transition episode to see how these three are preparing for this final matchup. That look on Souma's face at the end speaks volumes. He's managed to defy the odds and surprise people before, so I wouldn't be surprised if he does it again. The audience would be foolish to count him out just because his saury doesn't look as good as Hayama's and Kurokiba's. Omg Alice's mom's accent is so bad, but so hilarious. It reminds me of English-kun from Kabaneri last season (only difference is that Alice's mom isn't being voiced by an actual American person). |

| This was a really great episide. My money's on Soma pulling the win here but the way this is set up it really could go any way. Alice's mom is hot, I prefer Alice though. Oh and I loved the Sakaki scenes xD |

| great episode, one of the better ones so far imo. At this rate they may either do the three way final match in the next episode completely or split it up to two episodes which would be very cool. Seems like we get 3-4 episodes for the next arc, probably 3 with 1 transition episode after the final three way match. Looking good.. :P |

| Build up episode, but still good to not rush things and create a proper pace before the final match. I wonder what Souma planned with his fish. I'm sure he has something in his sleeve to achieve the victory. Kinda hard to root for someone, as I like the three participants. Didn't expected Alice's mother to appear, let alone having that bad accent. She's pretty hot though, her daughter has a great future :) Let's see how this will turn out. In another note, Ryoko is very hot. |

| A really good build up imo. i really like that they showed that Soma got worried about the final. and in the end, he came up with an idea and seriously, what is he planning to do....i just can't wait to see it xD but i didn't expect the build up just only 1 episode. i thought it would be 2 build up episode but it's only one. and 5 episode more.... looking foward to the next episode xD |

| Decent build up episode. The post credit scene made me laugh XD Leonora is already greatness. Hearing her talk was the hilarious. Even without being able to speak Japanese it's obvious that she isn't very good at it. Those faces lol |
