| Solid enough start to keep me watching for sure. The only part I didn't like, or at least cringed a little at was the speech he remembered his Grandpa telling him. I mean, picking up girls in dungeons is pretty much the show name, but the speech he remembered sounded cheesy as hell. other than that, good start for sure, I'm definitely interested, and I'm rooting for him to get stronger. |
| Excellent debut, I'm already reading the manga, but the episode left me very excited, really enjoying the animation and soundtrack, reminded me quite some rpg games I ever played The characters are also many good, Bell and Hestia make a great pair, they sure give a good dose of comedy to anime, I believe that the action scenes will also be exciting I bet this anime will be among the best of the season, I will certainly go follow this anime .. |

| Pretty Good start, I just hope the MC doesn't stay this wimpy all through it..Hope be becomes a badass soon enough. I didn't watch it with high hope's but I will stick with it. Good Spring start so far. |
| Great adaptation, I was wondering where they would stop the first episode and they did it at a nice place. They kinda left out the explanation of what Hestia was doing at Bell's back, though it's a little obvious. But they explained the skill he has. At max two more episodes and the first volume will be completed. 3 if they decide to do a slow pacing adaptation. |

LN-to-anime adaptations tend to go farther than LN-to-manga adaptations most of the time. The latest manga chapter is in Vol 2 iirc. Based on the characters shown in the anime, it will probably cover up to Vol 4. |

| Decent Episode I think... It was nice, I love the music, and detailed background. It gives me better impressions of world building than reading the manga. I'll stay for the maid. Especially Ryuu. |

| Now that I really enjoyed. The character designs were really nice. That type always suits me well. I noticed the VA (aka Kirito's) has a lighter tone to his voice in this role - makes it a little less irritating for me, which is good haha. A lot of funny scenes so far, looking forward to this one! |

Maybe that's just because I had such low expectations but I thought it was decent The only part that wasn't so good was in the bar when that guy asked would you pick him over me. That felt so out of placed and odd. Besides that it was alright. I'm curious to see where it goes. |

| Promising start, The art style is decent so that is okay. I love adventuring :3 be it dungeons, castles etc... so i will definitely watch this. They could have made the scene where his stats are shown bit clearer, since it seems to hold a importance in his development but as a person that have played lots of RPG's, I understood it just fine. |
| Wow, the animation was really fluid. Especially the early scene with the huge minotaur. The art style was pretty detailed & really well done, even the background scenery. Visuals-wise, impressive. No doubt. Narrative-wise, not really. Everything's mediocre. I am worried that the narrative aspect will not hold up to the stunning visuals. | This was a surprise hit for me. Though it was just going to be okay but I really enjoyed it. I can't wait until the next episode comes out. I might have to pick up the book now. |

| Well, that was a good start, especially because of that hilarious goddess character, Hestia. I think I don't need to say that I felt really unconfortable during that scene between the wolf dude, the blonde girl and Bell listening in the background.Even the character in the show were cringing, that felt... out of place. But except that, it was pretty good. The animation in overall seem of a good quality (JCStaff is no newbie), it isn't censored (fuck yeah) and oppai loli goddess ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) If the MC doesn't make a move on her by the end of the season, I swear... |

| I'm sorry I can't sympathize with the VA hate. I knew it was Kirito's VA but then I was like yea he knows what he does, so it works out and the voice is not totally off. It fits the MC. Loved the setting. Looking forward to next episodes. |

| Wow. Matsuoka seems to be in most of the anime this spring. Heh. Familia and Dungeons. Sounds alright. The MC is a little predictable though. That was a decent start. Hestia made it fun to watch with her cute actions. |
| It was a lot better than what I expected! Proper JRPG-like setting + interesting 'skill' for the main hero and classic character types/races. The fighting scene around the end won me. |

| Hmmm. It was okay. The detailed art style was great and visually the whole episode was quite impressing. But There wasn't anything that remarkable in the story or the characters yet. I'm kind of afraid that this is going to be SAO all over again, become too rushed and throw all logics out of the window. Hopely not. |

| Okay, that was average at best. Like, he just met at Aiz girl for the first time and he is in madly in love with her? That's fine but that cheap drama of getting stronger for Aiz kills it. The hell seriously? That made it looked so weird. For Fuck's sake, he just met a total complete stranger and then she (Aiz) was showing concern to him, no less I bet she doesn't even remember his name. Are we sure that the studio did not skip some MUCH NEEDED intro? That was the only thing that irked me, it's your standard typical shounen LN so I'm going to give the LNs a shot and see for myself if things were done the same or not. Bell seems like an okay protagonist, nothing too good about him and so far he has not much charms but since this is the first episode, I'm honestly not too worried. Hestia comes off as a cute girl although I have no friggin idea about the whole thing of Bell being her familia. Honestly, some info-dump should have worked here and for that reason only I'm going to pick up the LN. Good thing we have a character like Hestia, gives me enough motivation to look forward to this series. Oh and did I forgot to mention that Hestia is reaaally cute? I'm going to watch all of the episodes so I hope this gets better. I'm a sucker for fantasy series like these though. c: |

| I don't hate Kirito's voice at all, I just wanted, you know, some variety cause I have watched a few animes recently and many had Kirito's VA voicing the MC. It's not like I'm going to drop the anime or give it a lower score just because of that, because he isn't a bad VA. |
