| What a great premiere episode this was! Comedy and interactions are top-notch, I've been waiting a long time for this you know. Odin, lol. Couldn't help but lol numerous times thanks to the Kami-misunderstandings in particular. God, that rejection though. xD, they even played the Op in the background to hype it up but it was always going down... Got to feel for the MC. Not once in fact, but twice! Odin really let his hopes up there. At least learn the rules, lol. Small introduction for the male childhood friend too. Gold interactions between him and Hina, certainly up for more of that. MC is starting to accept her godly wisdom now, it seems. Interesting. 30 days at the end card there, it's going to be some ride until it comes down to 0. That's for sure! And guess what, I'm ready for whatever's to come! My tears are yours, Maeda-sensei lmao. Also, I need the bloody ost! Edit: Re-watched the episode and the start of the episode really struck a chord. That's the epilogue after the "end of the world", innit? |

| Good start, but I'm worried. Key hasn't been getting enough budget to develop what they want for a loooong time. Angel Beats was meh at the end and Charlotte was a disaster. Rewrite was also pure garbage. I can foresee the production speeding up the pacing near the end, making you wanna cry, not because of the story itself, but because they don't know (or don't care) how much time they need to develop what they want. I don't even need to be a god to tell that. |

| Pretty good so far. Izanami and Narukami eh? I wonder where that's from? *coughs* *Persona 4* *coughs* Definitely curious about the setting and why the world is ending but the first episode was fun. Character dynamic between Sato and Youta is great. Comedy is on point. Poor Youta though, Izanami straight up rejected him. Why are people calling Odin/Sato Hina? Did I miss something? I don't think she ever mentioned her name was Hina anywhere. |

| Damn, she didn’t even stay there for a second after the rejection. This show looks promising, I hope they can make a good drama like other P.A. Works originals. Hina’s eyes are really beautiful. |

| Loved this episode, i expected this to start well knowing Jun Maeda's first episodes and it delivered. Strong comedy and OST, the characters are lively. Favourite start of the season. Interesting to me how she doesn't know exactly everything, there were moments in this episode that illustrated it. Apparently the world will end in 30 days due to ''humanity's foolish choices''. Youta's mom knows about Odin? Didn't see that coming. |

| Really loved ep1, enjoyed every minute, it is easily my favourite of the season so far. The music also reminded me a little to past Key works. I wonder where Hina got her powers, or if she really is a god :3 |
| Hmm thats one hell of an entrance. Her ability to pre empted the questions sure was fun as was her first question regarding the act of putting the ball through the hoop. The prophecy that she revealed though sure was dark. Her tantrums though are hillarious. Still her ability to foresee the future sure was right on the money. Hina though sure struck a critical blow with her knowledge on Kyouko's interests. Overall a pretty enjoyable opening ep with Hina's character being the spotlight with her mannerisms. Its been so long since I seen Ayane Sakura get such a great role. Hopefully Yota will get some good development soon though. That ending theme though sure was excellent. |

| Honestly, a great first episode. Comedy was on point, the characters seem to have interesting personalities and visuals were good enough. And of course there would be baseball, based Key I know this is gonna be a 12 episodes series, so I hope things won’t get rushed in the second half of the show just like in Charlotte |

| i really liked this first episode already liking the characters art and animation are good as well as the soundtracks and its by Jun Maeda so that's a plus the comedy was also pretty good overall 5/5 |

| That was definitely not Yota's best day, that failed confession hurt me as hard as it did to him haha. Fun first episode, blessed Maeda comedy never fails to make me laugh. |

| "Who is she?" Youta asks himself "She's gods messed up child that has major issues" I say in a loud clear voice Gonna be a crazy ride in those 30 days isn't it. This is a great part about the anime cause you know every episode will be filled with fun and happiness and that is what I look forward to watching this show. Make the most out of it my fellow characters. This anime could probably be a really good book and damn a confession reject right on the first episode, feels bad to be rejected. I'm probably gonna fall in love with this anime. Fantastic first episode :) |

| First episode starts off with "Odin" sitting in a director's chair as she reminisces about memories. I feel like there's foreshadowing here already... The backgrounds in this show so far look great!! I also like that shot with some random Shiba Inu wagging its tail. Youta's friend acts and sounds exactly like Hinata from Angel Beats... considering that his voice actor actually voiced Hinata, this is pretty funny. Speaking of funny, there's lots of jokes in this episode and it's all relatively fast-paced like in Angel Beats. Of course, both that show and this episode seem kinda hit and miss with said jokes, but the ones that did work admittedly did give me a laugh. Maybe it's a sign that I might like this show as it goes on. Youta is already somewhat different from the protagonists in other Key anime in that he already has a crush on someone (that isn't the main girl) and that he seems a bit more impulsive and skeptical. Also he got friendzoned easily... twice. Let's hope that he doesn't end up feeling watered down to the typical Key protagonist like Yuu from Charlotte eventually did. Interesting that Funimation decided to translate what Odin was essentially saying about wanting to eat something to "The divine choice is... ramen!". I personally would've translated it to "This god wants to eat... ramen!", but I ain't complaining because ramen is indeed a divine choice of food. Miso ramen please. Odin's pretty loud and has the potential to be annoying like some other anime characters cough cough Menma cough, but she's got that kind of smug-ness or something that I liked about Chibiusa. Maybe it's the pink hair. Also, lol at "Key Noodle", Key's always gotta sneak in some reference to their name, huh? Of frickin course this show has baseball. It's Jun Maeda, what'd you expect? lmao It was pretty well established by the end of the episode that Odin clearly can predict the future (except for the baseball scene where I like to think she purposely told him not to hit the ball at all just to troll him XD), so when Odin told Youta to call his mom for permission to let her stay at her home, it was obvious that she was going to agree. But what was interesting about the actual event is that you can hear his mom's reaction... like why would she ask about how old she is or what clothes she's wearing? Then I noticed the tone of her voice. It sounds like the mom actually knows who Youta is talking about... maybe the mom and Odin have met before? Maybe the mom got some kind of sign in the past that she would come to her household in the future and therefore expected her presence? Who knows. Anyway, this is a somewhat decent start to a new show. Here's to hoping that it goes well. 30 days before the end of the world. |

| I'M SO DOWN FOR THIS It's got that Jun Maeda feel to it and I'm all for that. Now to see if the 12 ep limit will make or break this show like it broke Angel Beats and Charlotte. I believe in Jun Maeda because of his visual novels but his anime originals have suffered because of them not getting 2 cours. I wonder if this is because of the studios if Jun Maeda requests that amount of episodes. |

| This was a really enjoyable first episode. The comedy was funny and I really want to see how this series goes with both Charlotte and Angel Beats being rushed. I really hope this series has the time to flesh out the world and characters without being rushed |

| Pretty good start I'd say. Hina seems to be one of those characters that's very annoying but somewhat endearing at the same time so i kind of don't mind her. Feelsbad for Youta who instantly gets rejected by his crush. I'm intrigued how his relationship with Hina will be like from here on out. I'm looking forward to the next ep. |

| Good first episode. A lot of foreshadowing, especially the first part of the ep. Ayaneru's voice really fits Hina (Odin) in my opinion. I just hope the series won't be rushed. I got this issue about Jun Maeda and his jokes that fails to get me to laugh in the past (especially Angel Beats) but this was entertaining. I love the OST already. Can't wait to see how this emotional ride plays out. |

| So, first episode of P.A.'s new series was pretty enjoyable and visually stunning - just like most of P.A.'s other 'works'. A lot of the sky shots reminded me of Angel Beats! and Irozuku Sekai no Ashita kara. Lol, first episode in and our MC has already been rejected, that's rough. I wonder if Izanami will come around to him later in the series? I also bet that Yota's mom knows Hina somehow. The way his mom reacted to him just screams that she's familiar with her, at least I think. All and all, pretty good first episode, I'm really looking forward to the one. |

| Wow this hs to be one of the strongest first episodes of the season. Not too familiar with PA Works, but I enjoyed appare ranman a lot and I enjoy the art style quite a bit. Chemistry between Hina and Youta is great. Really liked the horse race scene, ramen shop owner was funny. I wonder if it will keep a more sol feel or if the 30 days until the world ends will take prominence quickly. Either way I’m hooked, can’t wait for ep 2. |
| oh god this is like going back 10 years in the past! like those animes with annoying loli, the main girl it's Index! but this isn't Shana or FLCL where there's some kind of reason or impetus for them to be together and achieve some kind of purposes. if you removed ten seconds from the episode in where she declares that the world will end, there wouldn't be any kind of overarching plot. The Generic Key Protagonist, a total doormat who drops everything to indulge in his tantruming manic pixie girlfriend's every whim while making snarky remarks to the camera and/or screaming overreactions ugh! Hell, it doesn't even have the fast pace of something like Ah! My Goddess. She simply gloms onto some random milquetoast twit as an excuse to make faces and shriek excitedly for twenty minutes. That's neither cute nor funny enough to carry an entire show, particularly not when it's the default state for most goddamned shows in the first place, and especially not when the thing it appears to want to do to stand apart is to crank up the volume of the shrieking. |
