| For some reason, the plot starts to develop when there's only 4 episodes left. From the looks of it, they're going to produce a second season if the series sales gets all sold out. I'm still wondering how come they started the plot just now and decided to put fillers for like 5 episodes. This episode scared the shit out of me. I was uncomfortable watching this one since first of all I hate horror. Second, I'm watching it alone in my house and during nighttime too. Poltergiest? I'm guessing the culprit has to be either one of the new girl or that girl in the mecha. Both looked suspicious to me. As everyone stated. Railgun doesn't fail to show girly stuffs. I mean pink robot? I don't know where that came from, lol. |

| Kana Hanazawa voicing the new girl was nice. Other than that, it wasn't the most interesting episode; but at least it is building up to something with the whole Poltergeist phenomenon and whatnot. Also, if Judgement doesn't work out, Kuroko should start a moving service. |

| 5/5 Is it you? Yes, she is! * _ * You then return to dance, rock, but will not you dance anyway! XD Episode plot with pseudo filler, narration a bit slow, but nice for the style slice of life, new characters whose bespectacled woman does not bode well, good to see the smile he does! Design that takes all the time, do not come loose anything on the street! Should I only give 4/5 but I am persuaded, so I give him 5/5 |

| So is this the so called imouto arc that everyone was hyping about for the past 7 episodes? And I could've sworn I saw a picture of one of the main students of Kiyama (little girl with the headband) when she lost her locket 2 or 3 filler episodes ago. |

| Well, are the actors are set, now what is left is to know their roles in the story. We have a weird girl who is looking for someone who is supposed to be in a coma, Kiyama who's on the loose and that probably have a plan, a new girl that seem to be the mastermind of everything. She is possibly a scientist who was there during the experiment. Haruue is really weird. It's like she is from another world, like if she was closed from the outside world since she can remember. Why is she looking for someone who is supposed to be in a coma? Maybe she is manipulated, that she have the ability to set off those AIM burst. |

| Well damn, Kongo Mitsuko doesn't catch many breaks for a rich girl. It seems like she always gets attacked or gets involved in some random madness. Well, if those dolls flew at me, I'd piss myself. I don't think I'd ever be the same. Also, out of all anime powers, I would likely get the most use out of being a teleporter. I mean seriously, it didn't dawn on me until re-watching this episode a second time, but Kuroko has one hell of an unfair power. Daily chores obviously mean nothing to her, and If we're talking strictly combat potential, she's miles ahead of most others irrespective of their power or level. Really, only level 5's or people who catch her by surprise due to having abnormal abilities (like that thug who was fleecing the people searching for level upper) can do a thing to her. I'm sort of thinking that if she is well aware of their capabilities, Kuroko could stand a fair chance against most of the level 5's. |

| Well, a new arc has started and it is also interesting, because indirectly the knowledge of Uiharu is deepened. The narrative shows many interesting things, such as the return of someone known, very intriguing this thing. Quality of the drawings again high, ditto the animations. From what has been understood in the previous episode, are the flowers in Uiharu's head real and growing on his head? Crazy to believe, wow! |

| Well, this new girl Haruue, I guess, is a bit in the clouds.. Maybe she's just new to everything and trying to take things in, really.. Who knows.. I guess she is also very considerate or something, how you'd call it.. She likes giving thanks to Uiharu and everyone, supporting other people.. And I guess she is a bit air-headed?.. Maybe?.. At least she's so with food, getting a bit messy.. But then again, she is new, she might be anxiously taking new info, and that's why careless with small things, this might be the cause, really.. Either way it's fine, just a bit worried with her appearance next to some more activity in those earthquakes, which are not earthquakes.. Well, will see more about her.. Konori drinks a lot of milk.. Didn't know she likes it this much.. Haruue had some fun previously with someone she lost or something?.. Not sure, why she got suddenly sad.. Also it seems she is searching something?.. Or someone?.. Yeah, looks like someone.. Hm?.. Wasn't that Kiyama for a moment?.. |
