1) Extra Pack
2) Extra Booster
For Extra Packs, they are printed only once and will no longer be produced once it is sold out.
For Extra Boosters, they may be re-printed if the response is good, or if there is a lot of enquiries regarding the product again.
As for Fate/Hollow Ataraxia, it is an Extra Booster, and was re-printed once last year due to over-whelming response. "
