| The only straight alcohol that I drink regularly in any sense is cider. I tend to like flavored vodkas and things mixed in with vodka, but I've never had straight vodka before. Other than that I don't like beer and everything else I've tried is pretty hit and miss. |

| Nope. I may only be 15 but a lot of friends have tried to make me drink alcohol in the past. I did not give in to the pressure so it's all good. However i had a taste of it and it was fucking disgusting. Same thing happened to me with cigarettes. I tried to start smoking because i was 11 and wanted to look cool like one of those badass anime guys so i tried to smoke but it ended pretty bad. I started choking and shit and eventually stopped completely even though i was starting to get used to the taste. Guess i was born to be straight edge. |

It all depends on what you're drinking, obviously straight vodka is going to taste like shit, and whiskey and such is an acquired taste. But come back and tell me with a straight face that cider, honey rum and liquor like Fireball doesn't taste great. |

| I can't deal with the hangovers (they're really nasty in my case and last for three days or more) and don't think alcohol tastes good enough to drink casually, so needless to say I avoid it whenever possible. I also had some kind of allergic reaction to wine about a month ago which was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever gone through. An entire week of migraines, coughing so hard I got nosebleeds, being unable to hear out of one ear, vomiting and so on. Fuck alcohol. |

OT: I'm in the middle of sometimes to rarely. I'll drink it if someone buys it but I don't care enough to buy it myself. Most alcoholic drinks are bitter to me, though I do like the change(carbonation and bitterness) as a contrast as almost the only thing I drink during the day is water. Liqueurs can be good though, Bailey's is good with some hot chocolate. I also like those wine coolers and hard lemonade. I don't really drink to get drunk, just for the flavor(carbonation) and the slight buzz. Maybe even the health benefits when I'm a little older. |

This. Alcohol has a specific recommended amount. Within those limits, your liver can easily process alcohol unharmfully. A bottle of beer per day plus a couple of glass of whisky per week are well under the danger threshold. |
