Well actually the scanlation team did warn the readers of the potential dangers if you continued reading but that was at the early stages of this manga where there was only a bit of drama and love. This though is too much... I am to blame :(

Did he end up having sex with her in the end? I still can't tell. I always thought the disease was an STD because she kept delaying him, but if he did do it in the end it might have been a blood cancer?
