| i was almost about to cry don't know why i didn't xD the moments in this episode are enough to make someone cry >.< it was sad seeing the rockbells die after all they did for the ishbalans and i hope scar finds kimbleee soon arghhhh >.< |

| For some reason this episode sticks out in my mind. The ending was very powerful. |

| Another awesome episode. Wasn't expecting such a long flashback but it was good. Monad said: On further news, Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood is facing cancellation due to unrepresented cruelty to animals. Green Piece is planning a big protest and the UN are already evaluating the situation. The director of the show Irie Yasuhiro claims that it was just a mistake. As he said in a live radio interview "We just didn't notice the cat was there". An excuse that does not put in piece all the animal rights activists organizations. A member of the Japanese activist organization "ALIVE" even went as far as calling him the Antichrist and Brotherhood as the work of the devil. The despicable event is shown in the pic below. The expression on that cat made me laugh....no offense to cats, I love cats. |

| Wow what a remarkable episode. Infact after watching this episode I kind of understood why Scar why doing this. These amestirian guys are the bad guys because they were the ones who decided to do the genocide. That's just what I think, lol. Anyways that battle between Ling and Fuhrer president was amazing. I expected Ling to be a very skilled person. He didn't fail me with that, lol. I wonder what the fuck will happen to them. Edward and Winry scene was epic too. I loved Edward's quote which was "Your hands aren't for killing people, they're for making them live." OHH EDWARD YOU HAVE WAY WITH WORDS. Loved how Winry opened up to him. <3 |
| The part about Scar's past was interesting but it took away from the action pack beginning. But it was still enjoyable. |
| Powerful episode although I could see that Winry would be talked out of firing the gun. It was still upsetting seeing her with gun in hand, though. She's the only person in this anime with no blood on her hands. Maybe that's what Ed and Scar were thinking-good line from Scar about if she fired the gun there would be no turning back. He learned that from bitter experience. Awesome flashback scenes in Ishbal. Very well done. But what happened to the Prince and the King? Guess I have to wait until next episode. |

| Wow, probably the best episode so far, if not the most gripping. It had a hold on me from beginning to end! This is so much better than the first series, and it's crazy that the Fuhrer's secret is out all ready. I wonder if Ed will find out soon, or if he won't see the Prince for a while? The EdxWinry moment was magical, I really hope they end up together in this series, but where does that leave AL? The fight scenes just keep getting better with every episode, this is so much better than the first series! Urahara Out!! |

| Now we get to know why Scar hates state Alchemists so badly, I think I also understand his desire to revenge for his brother, I mean surviving with your brother's arm attached, waking up with an arm that's not yours in the start. Must have been a terrifying experience... Fuhrer's busted... |
| I liked the ep but seeing as i know what happened in the flash backs due to the 1st series this whole ep felt skipable except the ling fight scene obviously xD Still it was obvious that Winry wouldn't shoot. I wish they'd show more of Ling/ Lan Fan rather than letting them having a minuite each ep... |

| fantastic episode in my opinion, liked how ed threw himself in front of winry. also great, the colors of the backflash and how they accentuated the eyes of the soldiers as such a bright blue and on the other hand of the ishbalans. as sad as it is that winrys parents were killed(especially considering they were doctors who helped all participants of the war), i have to say that i somehow understand how scar reacted after awakening, noticing his arm and realising that everyone he knew and loved was killed by Amestrians. |

| Y-y-y-y-y-yeah, about Lan Fan vs. Wrath... Epic Fail. Ok, I admit it, Ling’s fighting is awesome >.< Gluttony did quite a hit on him too (evil) Hmmm, Scar's brother has two tatooed hands now. About the drama... it was quite well done, though I like more the Rockbells story from FMA. |

Really really bad, so bad that the scriptwriters are probably feeling ashamed right now), but on the other hand, most of the episode, and especially the first few scenes with Ling and the Fuhrer, and of course the flashback, were great and well directed. So I guess this 22nd ep was less impressive than the last two or three ones, but still not that bad. |

| That blue eye glow in the eyes was so effective, it gave a demonic feel to the invades and is really appropriate for a flashback from Ishivalian perspective, particularly Scar's since he outright loathes them. Him seeing Kimbley in his position when Ed shielded Winry was a great application of new characterization immediately afterwards. But the convenience of Winry walking in at just the right time to hear the secret, bleh.. There are also better places to fit the flashback, but I guess it's okay considering the tension wasn't the point since it's a given Winry won't shoot. |

| Damn epic episode but such a sad story, the background story with scar and his brother was quite amazing, though I did preferred the way it's told in the original FMA how scar got his actual scar now it just looks bcs he was in the explosion, but still sad to see winry's parents get killed this time by scar as in the original FMA was done by Roy though imo I prefer this situation as it makes more sense! Either way another great episode down up to the next one! |

Lao Ying giving King Bradley a run on for his money!! finally King Bradley getting some challenge :P despite Scar killing Winry's parents cold blood, i don't think you can blame him fully. i mean he was basically "scared" for life(okay enough of the puns) Ishbal was basically a graveyard. damn you Kimbley bastard. wow hearing Scar's brother is being voice by Koyasu, Takehito. Dio Brando from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure 2012 :) not to mention Scar and his brother was able to see their parents. his brother has a little role now compared to the first anime series. wow Winry despite hearing all of this didn't shoot. it's understandable since she can only give life and not take in the first place. btw where the hell is Kimbley?? didin't he escape in the first place?? i wonder if he'll show up sooner rather than later. getting intense in each episodes and we're only at episode 22. can't wait for the next one! | I've only got one thing to say about this ep... THE FEELS ;__;. Yeah it was strange how she stumbled upon the fight right when Ed spilled the beans, but the gun being "conveniently" right next to her is understandable(remember the 2 soldiers/police who got hit as well?). 9/10 in my book |

| Sigh, didn't like the Ed and Winry in this episode. Winry heard of Ed and Al's battle, and she is going there? To do what? Yes, obviously to aid them in combat because she's such an expert. Obviously, she would have to arrive at the best time to hear all the crap. That's one messed up flashback. By the way, how did Scar's brother die? Of blood loss? I recognize his voice, that Takasugi and Ryousuke. P.S. That awkward transition from Ling Yao's situation to Winry's flashback which is totally unrelated. -.- |

| That Ishbal flashback was kind of hard to watch. That was so messed up, I don't blame Scar for wanting to slaughter State Alchemists. The Ed and Winry scene = masterpiece. |

| Definitely one of the saddest episodes... Poor Scar, huh? I knew he had to be super damaged to have such a radical resolve. This anime is really fleshed out and that makes me happy. But episodes like this make me get teary. Poor Winry too. |

| wish we saw more of Ling and the President. if Ling gets out alive, can't he technically tell the others about how Bradley is a homunculus? wars are terrible, so much revenge and hatred. you can't really blame anyone |
