All members of my family like/used to like to watch anime except my dad. I remember how my mom used to record some very old anime from TV via the old video tapes VHS  And how she loved to rewatch Future Boy Conan or Sinbad's Adventures...with us. I still remember how she cuts the recording off whenever someone eats a lizard; she hates lizards so much lol. What about your family? |

| My family is an anime loving family. In our country, Japanese animes are televised in the TV in the morning as kid's shows. As a kid, me and my brothers grew up watching Naruto, One Piece, Dragonball and other older animes in local TV. My mother was a big fan of only Naruto and Samurai X and did not like any other animes except that. Me and my 3 brothers (we are 4 in the family) are so into anime since we are kids, and now that we are all grown up, we still watch anime even when we have our different preferences in Anime. Sometimes we recommend and spoil each other's current hyped anime. I can say that One Piece would always remain number one in our hearts. It is the only anime that we watched and grew inspired together. We all even have our own MAL accounts since 2013. :) My family is kind of weird, as we are all otakus, but I am not letting the otaku heart die within us, I'm gonna introduce Anime still to my children and grandchildren in the future. That's how we love anime. |

| No. I used to watch with my bro SAO, SAO II, Sakurasou. Then, he watched by himself No Game No Life and Prison School. Few days ago, he only watched One Punch Man the 1st episode and that's it. My sis used to watch anime, she even marathon many anime for the whole day like crazy. Now, she already stopped, saying anime is pointless and a waste of time... Now as the youngest sibling, I still watch anime. |

| My mom watched Astro Boy and Speed Racer as a kid and my dad watched Speed Racer as a kid and they still love those shows. My Mom also likes the first series of Pokemon as she sometimes watched it with me and my sister when we were younger. My dad has rented some animes like AppleSeed and Ghost in the Shell he tried Attack on Titan, and he also check out Space Battle Ship Yamato because some guy kept talking about it when he was in college. I think he likes anime to some degree, maybe I should try to get him more into it sometime (as I have similar taste as him like Sci-Fi). My sister rented The Wind Rises and he watched it with us because he loves WWII planes. My Mom doesn't really care for much anime (apart from Astro Boy, Speed Racer, and original Pokemon) she did watch "Summer Wars" because she was board and it was in the DVR and she said it was okay she also watched "The Cat Returns" with my sister and she though it was okay, I intend to rent "Whispers of the Heart" sometime though because I think she might like it, it even features a English song that she likes. As far as extended family, I don't think any of them watch anime (Though my uncle watched Speed Racer with my dad as a kid) |
