| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- That was awesome, pure Sakamoto and his OP-ness. Everyone wants to get close to him, all the girls wants him, and sitting on the windows like a boss. What an episode. I think I'm becoming a fanboy myself now The OP song is nice too, quite catchy. Apparently, Sakamoto can save birds under intense weather as well. Since the manga is completed, I expect the series to be a full adaptation. DEEN nailed it for the animation quality though, quite an entertaining episode imo :D  |

| The OP and the OST are amazing. Sakamoto is the greatest! The directing is perfect. This stuff is unbelievable, AOTS. Again, the OST is phenomenal. |

| What the hell did i just watch? Not sure what this anime is going for but to me it looked like a bad shoujo that's trying way to hard. But basically it was bullies found a target that's to much for them and they get defeated at their own game and the second part was basically a repeat of that only with a showoff this time. |

| Lol, Swagamoto finally gets to show his OP-ness in anime format! That bee scene was hilarious! First two chapters adapted. Hopefully the skip the boring chapters :D There were some anime-original moments, such as the bird scene and all those "ball tossing" scenes. 5/5 |

| ever since i read this when this had only about 4 chapters translated ive wanted to see this animated, already off to a great start and of course shinji takamatsu does a great job on directing for the show. |

It's going for having a perfect protagonist but instead of playing it straight, it exaggerates it greatly and has a funny self awareness to it. It's a very eccentric comedy through and through. |

| Omg. That was perfect. That was one of the funniest first episodes of the season. The voice cast is perfect. Tomokazu Sugita is perfect as that delinquent with the beanie. Sakamoto is voiced by same dude who voiced Tenshinhan in DB and it fits perfectly. Can't wait for next episode! |

| I was initially a bit skeptical (despite constantly wanting to read it) until watching the pv, but after looking at this I'm saved. OST is great, and I'm liking Sakamoto a lot. Decent OP/ED. |

| I'm sure all respond to this premiere episode with the same response: really funny. From the beginning to the end full of comedy. Broadway musical with a relaxing story reminded to Mr. Bean. Moreover, plus there is a trio of thugs and the model is not well known. More interesting. Only the ending song makes the Broadway comedy shades disappear but still nice. This will probably be the most hilarious series for this season. |

| That was awesome. Probably the funniest first episode I've seen this season. Sakamoto is the best with his many fangirls, umbrella using skills, delinquent beating skills, stomping out fire skills, not caring skills, and bee fighting skills. He's got skills. And the opening is really cool. |

| For those who dont already know, I was researching this myself and it seems Crunchyroll (and HorribleSubs too apparently) will release the first ep on the 9th April at 1am EDT (so in 13h from this post more or less). At least its not like Kuromukuro. I was gonna watch that earlier today and found out the assholes at Netflix got exclusive rights for worldwide english streaming, so we won't get the series for a while (unless fansubs, but you really can't count on thatt nowadays....) |

| I watched it raw, I just couldn't wait any longer. I love manga. Sakamoto's cool, and in general it's silly, ridiculous at moments, but so funny. They did great job with the first episode. I enjoyed it a lot. Opening is nice too. Can't wait for more. |

| Got sick of waiting for the subs, so just watched it raw. This was a pretty hilarious first episode, hopefully it stays that way without getting boring or repetitive. I fucking loved that part where Sera pulled away Sakamoto's chair and he was pretty much "sitting" in the air XD that was gold. EDIT: Watched it subbed, and I thought it was kind of weird how that one bully wanted to make the pic of Sakamoto his phone wallpaper. Deen, I know you make a lot of BL anime, but please keep that out of this lol. Looking forward to seeing more about the adventures of Swagamoto, he's too fabulous for his peers XD |
