I just don't see the practicality in calling something trash without giving it a chance.

Also, I honestly believe that being able to forgive someone who has ruined your life is not a weakness, but who am I to lecture you. I don't even know you.

If you truly believe that forgiveness is for the weak, and that all it means is that you are letting your guard down, then you are going to be miserable for the rest of your life. I get it, you have had a shit experience growing up - but you really have to let go over time and let yourself be happy. You saying that you cannot forgive a bully tells me that you don't have the strength as a person to forgive another.

You talk about this manga in depth without even reading it. Why? Are you afraid that it might hit a weak spot with you? Maybe that's the idea. I think you are just too stubborn to admit that something like Koe no Katachi is something that you might like.

Wow. You saying that makes me think that you are a very vindictive person. I honestly feel sorry for you. Forgiveness is something that that really takes a lot of personal strength for somebody to have; you have to let go of vengeful feelings towards your abuser and wish them well, despite how horrible they may have been to you. To me, it seems like you are unable to do this yourself based on your comments, which gives you preconceived notions that this manga is trash.

You really shouldn't dismiss it that easily. The idea is you get a manga that resonates deeply with a certain audience.
This manga has a main character that goes through some serious bullying, and people who have been bullied in the past will be more easily be able to relate to her when they read the manga - not that hard of a concept to grasp.

Saying that this manga makes fun of your own personal experiences is a gross over simplification of what happens. The manga CLEARLY points out that what Ishida did was wrong, yet you don't address that anywhere in your comment. If that's what it did to you, then you really didn't understand what it was about in the first place.

So how is it in your opinion? It's one of the first Shonen with Dragonball and I personally feel it's better out of the two.

If there's ecchi atleast have it not do as well as the actual good series. That's all I wish for. Also this is kind of random.. but.. don't these two look somewhat similar?

God... yes. (Saw your forum comment) Enough with these annoying ass ecchi shows. Fuck Absolute Duo, Fuck Shinmai Maou no Testament, and screw every other show that steals ratings just because of BOOBS. I hear Death Parade and Parasyte aren't doing as well as Absolute Duo in Japan, even though they shit all over it in every category.
