| Guess this is as good as it gets, I prefer to more mindfucked terrifying episodes but this was a great episode, a strong conclusion to not that great arc (White Whale). Nice to see the old man's past, and glad he reached acceptance for everything and could come to terms with his wife's death. |

| Awesome episode I really liked this fight My favorite part was of course the Subaru and Rem scene Rem is just so damn cute ❤ But I don't know why some important scenes got cut |

| -Such an intense battle, and one that ended in glory. A feelgood episode that also happened to rank among one of the heavier ones thus far lol... -Wilheim got his revenge! Very happy for him. -Goddamn it Subaru. So fucking proud! Hold your head high and face forward boy, for the world awaits you. All of his tragic failures that lead up to this success, greatly magnified the emotion, sentimentality, and meaning of the moment. How inspiring it is to witness a largely hopeless and helpless failure with little ability finally learn and be able make such a turnaround and spearhead such an incredible deed and service to humanity. And, this was all a fucking sidequest in the grand scheme of things. -Crusch just exuding that honor and magnificence. Calculating, serious, and cold when the situation necessitates accounting for one's benefit to the cost involved, but admirable and warm otherwise. Subaru's #3 XD -That Witch inside him is growing in power... SOON. -So that giant tree was rather significant, and now it's been cut down. It was also convenient of it to be present in hindsight. I wonder if the tree had magical properties that may have attracted the Whale or something. Subaru happened to encounter the Whale near a giant tree when everything else around them was flat land. -That Rem scene was incredibly touching and heartwarming. Unfortunately his heart doesn't belong to her... In most other shows, that scene would be the one that sets sail the canonical ship, however here they're just very intimate friends... How will this work if he's going to be with Emilia? Rem absolutely deserves someone who will reciprocate her love, but in the present situation she'll be second fiddle, regardless of how close they may seem. A semblance of an unironic harem is forming lol. |

| So they used that big ass tree to defeat the whale, nice thinking. Though it's a shame a tree as old as that has to go down. Now off to the final fight of this show against the witch cult. |
| Well they did it and didn't lose any important characters. I quite liked it. Watching this in 2019 I know we're not even halfway to the total number of volumes currently out, so I highly doubt this will wrap up everything with the jealous witch and figure out Subaru's curse etc. It seems highly unlikely that the novels would introduce a new major villain after her. So then these last episodes will probably just get us to a new "save point" for Subaru. Maybe we will kill beetle juice adjacent idk. Might figure out a bit more about return from death as well. For the love of jesus just don't die again. |

| I really thought it was over for Wilhelm. The fight afterwards got even more intense. Subaru was crazy in this episode. He does a lot of stupid things but damn. Standing on the horn of that whale and activating the curse while he was falling to attract the whale for coming down. I'm so glad Wilhelm is still alive. Seeing more of his backstory with his wife and how much he still loves her was super heartwarming. The moment between Crusch and Subaru as well as the moments with Wilhelm and Rem were so good, I absolutely loved it. If guess Crusch had good chances if Subaru wasn't in love with Emilia :D Oh boy that ending. I had a feeling Julius would be in mercenary troup. I don't think this will go to well but let's see what will happen against the witch cult. |

| Wilhelm is so badass. His backstory with his wife is both adorable and heartbreaking. I lol'd when Subaru said he already had a number 1 and 2 inside his heart. Jesus Christ man. I love both Emilia and Rem as characters but don't think either suit him and vice versa. |

| Julius would be a good asset against the Witch's Cult though! So swallow your pride Subaru because this is for the sake of saving Emilia and the others! I wish we were able to see how Wilhelm's wife was killed by the white whale.😣 But since there are only 4 episodes left, I don't think there's going to be a backstory anymore. |

| What a battle. Subaru, once again, found some brilliant way to shut that huge monster of whale off. Damn, he really changed much, and used his brain more, eh, after got a blessing talked with Rem in some previous scenes. Shit. I can't help but cried my tear out because of the sweet moment with her in the end. Also, the reward of a friendship from Krusch was a great implification for his journey in the future. A huge development. Then, the reinforcement of army that came from Anastasia's order was really needed when everything got out of control. And the final battle against that shitty cult would be great than ever on this series. Could Subaru hold his grudge against the arrival of Julius while he had to completed his main quest? Lets see, the final arcs of these season of this amazing series... |

| Awesome ending (with really touching scenes with Wilhelm) to an awesome fight! And it is still not the end of this anime. :) It was quite funny to see how high all characters could jump, as if gravity meant nothing, haha. |

| Young Wilheim sure is dreamy. And voiced by Kaito ♡______♡ I’m so glad Wilheim didn’t die. What a great love he had with Theresia. The hero that brought down the White Whale :’) well done, Subaru!!!!! You did well. I was so proud of him. The “weakest” yet he definitely rose to the occasion. I like that change. Hope he will stop looking down on himself from here on. What a great arc!!!!!! |

| I wish the Wilhelm story was a bit more detailed here and shown a bit longer really in general to make it feel much more impactful for his character, but the fight is done and it was okay, not as bad as I thought although still nothing brilliant about it either. Crusch was great the past couple episodes (still my favorite Re:Zero character for the early stages from looks of things), and Subaru was dope too here with some of his gambles. Nice little moment with Rem too at the end before Julius and co. showed up to spoil Subaru's mood a bit. |

You should stop simping Rem for your own good. Emilia was there to support Subaru in his most breakdowns while Rem was the one tortured him. If Subaru was actual jerk he could have easily played with her feelings. |

| AWESOME EPISODE, DOWN GOES THE WHALE! loved the backstory with Wilhelm and Thearesia and Wilhelm's motivation to avenge her wife and finish off that whale, so cute and inspiring. Subaru and Crusch now respect each other, so awesome. loved the ending between Subaru and Rem, so sweet. Subaru will still love and support Rem as she supports him, even though Subaru wants to be with Emilia. things have taken a much better turn and I'm happy. |
| and so the white whale battle finally concludes. i think it dragged out a bit longer than it needed to but it was overall good and it had a satisfying ending. i look forward to seeing what is in store next |
