I think in a day my highest so far is around 30-35. My highest over the span of a week is around 210. That was a week where I had an incredible amount of free time and lots of shows that I was hooked on. It wasn't like I half-ass watched any of the episodes too or skipped this and that. During that time there were a few OVAs and shorts that I also watched which boosted the number up.

My record is 26 IIRC (established this summer). After that 26th episode I started having a tremendous headache.

Now I usually watch 2 to 8-9 eps a day, depends on the mood and how much school work and free time I got

Mine is 3-4 episodes a day. I know to some of you it may sound silly, but personally I don't want to rush it and ruin the enjoyment and yes, this includes long-running anime as well that have 100+ episodes or more than one series like Pokemon or Yu-Gi-Oh for example.

Then there are times when I can be slack and leave an anime on hold for God knows how long. But when I get back to said anime, I sometimes go back to the previous episode to remember where I was and then catch up from there. Makes me wonder how I actually miss a lot of the currently airing anime because of that.

Maybe you should just stick to seasonals then. I personally like to watch an anime until I finish it even if I'm watching it at a slow pace. Maybe if you need to take breaks during the series you should find natural stopping points so you don't need to refresh yourself or find recap episodes to help you with it.

Record is all 37 eps of Death Note. Afterwards I decided to never do that again, and restrain myself around the 12 ep mark if/when I marathon.
Even then it is rare for me to binge anything anyway. I'm closer to 2-4 episodes a day now.

Oh god, barely any compared to some people. My entire list is what I've watched since the day before I created an account here, and I've only got a solid 4 or so days in over the course of these months.

At most I'll watch 3 - 4 episodes a day, depending on the day, and sometimes I like to do 1 episode a day if it's an anime I'm really liking and I want to make it last. Today I watched 4 episodes, 3 of Toradora and one of High School Fleet since new episode and all, and it was a lot for me.

I feel like I get more out of an anime if I take it slow. The only time I'll rush through one is if I want to get it over with because I don't like it, so I can move on to the next one. If I really enjoy it, I'll often space out how much of it I watch over the course of days - it took me almost 2 months to finish Nagasarete Airantou because I loved that one so much, but I dragged it on too long and I was so ready to start a new anime by the time I finished it that it left kind of a stain on the experience for me, so eh. No more doing that.

3 - 4 episodes a day is good. Nice and slow paced, make the good times last, and still get the fix to get on through to the next day.

63 episode was my all time record. We had some really bad weather conditions, couldn't go out. My connection was down, but luckily I had the series downloaded bought. So yeah, it a perfect to just not my leave my room. And thus my record for 63 episodes in one day was achieved.

That's more than a day. unless you watched smth that was 15 mint long. If you estimate the episode to be 30 minute. that makes 31.5hrs. even if you take 2-3 hours away for the time of switching episodes, taking a small break etc.

Nope, it's ~20 mins if you skip previews and OP/ED which adds up to about 21 hours. There aren't anime episodes with 30 mins anyway, unless they're from old shows or OVAs I think.

Yeah, you're right. I do enjoy seasonal anime very much and I'm in the same boat as you with watching an anime till it's finished. What's a good break point by the way? Because it'll be easier to help me out.

I watched the 24 episodes of Steins;Gate and when I got up to the second season of Gintama, I watched episode after episode, I don't remember how much I watched in one go because I was enjoying it far too much to bother counting episodes but I'm guessing I watched around 30 episodes.

I watched the first 5 seasons of hunter x hunter in 3 days which levels out to roughly 33 episodes per day. Well actually just finished it tonight haha. Then I Googled 100 anime episodes in 3 days XD
But it came out to roughly 11 hours per day and I had class yesterday so I didn't get to watch as many as I did the first and last day.

Usually 20-25 episodes or around that cause i get really bored of the pace ( rarely see a amazingly fast paced thrilling anime ) .
If we are talking about reading manga and light novels , then i sit hours and hours to read because of my pace i read 1 action chapter / 2-4 minutes(manga) and i don't get bored

I don't know why you would assume that they're 30 minutes each when most anime are 24 minutes per episode or 21 minutes of actual content, which is watchable in a day (although just barely). I've actually once watched 104 episodes in a day that were all 2.5 minutes each and someone else on MAL has watched 73 episodes in a day by playing them at 2.4x the speed.

Depends on how good the anime is. I think my record is like 13 or so episodes in a day. I tend not to watch a ton of anime no matter the day because 1) I don't have that kind of attention span 2) I lose interest after the 4th episode in a row and 3) After the 10th episode I think about how I have no life and I'm suddenly motivated to actually do something.
