| The animation and art style, reminds me of PA Works animation; very vividly and elegant work and the setting was beautiful in here. Although it is not the PA Works stuff so 3Hz is pretty much a unique studio and new to this. It has a decent start where the MC is going back to her hometown and visit her friends who she left them several years ago. Although I hope it won't be too dramatic in here, probably it will kill the mood if it does it. Good start, I like the supernatural and science fiction themes in here, and MC and Noel stand out pretty good in the episode. Need some more backstory for Nonoko's parents though, as well as her friends who they were seperated years ago. |

| Not so bad for a new studio. The animation is pretty fluid and the soundtrack fits the theme so well. The moe overload would be a bit hard to overlook so I'll say I have a bit of hope for it Glasslip vibes aside 4/5 |

| Noel seriously gave me Erio vibes from her... they are really similar. It also feels like it has an AnoHana vibe, if my prediction is correct that Nonoka is the only one who can see Noel. Seeing the opening, and seeing her mom disappear on the wheelchair... okay, this is going to be a feels trip. The ending sounds really good too. Will keep watching to see how this series would go. |

| The art style is the kind of cute I like. Noel reminds me of Menma, that positivity with a mix of naivete and innocence. Not my favorite type but at the same time seems like the type to give you the most feels. The music is beautiful, I knew it had to Kato Tatsuya. Despite the okay drama, I liked the overall tone, which is mostly relaxing yet also serious. Picked this up only because of IshiKai (like two other anime this season too lol), but I liked it and hopefully it'll continue to be that way for me. The OP is nice too, and fhana for ED~ The very beginning of the ED almost felt like a Totoro reference. |
| Iffy on this. I dunno if I felt the drama was so much forced as it was poorly built up and executed. Just felt off, but the flashbacks and atmosphere of the whole thing definitely has my interest. why the fuck are we talking about glasslip |

| LOLIS!LOLIS EVERYWHERE! Took me more than an hour to finish this episode. Was almost at Glasslip level of boring,but not as bad as Glasslip considering I didn't hated every character by the end of this episode. Either way ain't expecting this to have a story or good but be bearable enough to watch. Edit: Can only hope this doesn't become as terrible as Glasslip or more obviously comparable Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko. |
| This feels like what Glasslip was supposed to be... aka, more Nagi no Asukara. enjoyed the first episode and there seems to be the possibility for some really big feels. Also getting AnoHana vibes because Noel reminds me of Menma. |

| This seems like the sort of show that intends to build up to a handkerchief festival of feels in the final couple of episodes, however I'm not sure if it will work. As some folks have said, the drama in this episode seemed a little forced, as if it was just too early for us to care about any one of the characters. And while it has the vibes of an Anohana, I don't think that it will have the same emotional weight. It looks like Nonoka is the only one who ever met Noel, and that is considerably different than the tragedy at the heart of Anohana. |

| Seems like it will be an interesting series. The synopsis literally reveals nothing about the anime, but the art is gorgeous and this episode was done pretty well. Let the feels come Also Noel is adorable, and I love her already |
| Too much melodrama at the end. I still don't care nearly enough for this characters for it to have any effect other than annoyance. I mean, it's a first episode guys... Other than that, pretty good, will keep watching. |

| Wow that was a not bad first episode :O Liked the OP and ED, pretty good stuffs OK I have to mention this, the animation was freaking gorgeous. Felt like I was watching a BD or something. Really liked the environment of the town, scenery, etc. Pretty good OST as well. This episode felt like something a last episode of a series would be instead of a first episode. |

| Wha.. I expected something like Non Non Biyori but instead I got Non Non Biyori+Ano Hana.. didn't expect the drama (at all) and from the 1st episode nonetheless. I like it and curious to see more, the setting is definitely interesting. Very promising if it goes to the direction that I expect. |

| I much liked this first episode and I hope that it will continue to be good. Really hope that it isn't a loli glasslip. It looks really cute and I can already sense a feels train with this one. Noel looks like she will be a funny character. The art also looks very good. |

| Seems like there are more problems that need to be solved besides the fight with the blue haired girl. And that seems to be with the black haired girl seems Nonoka and the black haired girl where close which was probably the reason for her comment. Seeing her friend suddenly leave without a word must have been a shock for her. |

| I found the first episode to be intriguing. What is Noel? An alien? A faerie? A ghost? How can she grant Nonoka's wishes? There were a couple of points showing Noel and a fox together. As most should know, foxes are (or were) considered a supernatural animal in Japanese folklore. Does the fox have significance in the unfolding story? How is Noel associated with the disc in the sky? I'm assuming Noel's mother passed away, but why did Noel leave without telling anyone? Why does she not recognize the kids she hung around with? It seem headphones girl remembers Nonoka, but banner girl did not recognize her at all. Lots of mystery surrounding this show. This will keep me watching. The artwork is very nice. The characters are well realized, but typical of the genre (this is not a bad thing). The settings are gorgeous. I really like the abandoned observatory, but I am a real sucker for ruined and derelict structures. OP and ED are fitting and the OST during the episode added to the atmosphere, instead of detracting from it. These are my first impressions. One positive for me already is that Noel is voiced by Minase Inori. She acted the parts of Chino in Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka?, Mirai in Locodol, and Edellrittuo in Aldnoah.zero. She did fine work in all these parts. |

| Reminds me of Ano Hana a lot with a touch of PA Works... but, it was a pleasant surprise. I had a moderate expectation and it's better than I thought I wonder how things will develop from here What promise did Noel make? |

| Isayama Hajime should be awarded The Manga with The Highest Inconsistencies of Characters' Appearances. He keeps performing multiple plastic surgeries on those Shingeki No Kyojin characters in a SINGLE chapter. Yes, I've read up to the latest chapter of Shingeki No Kyojin manga. Forced myself to read through the kidsketching chapters after the anime's ended. At least from now on, I only have to go through the hell once a month. Patiently awaiting SNK TV/movie/OVA anime-sequel. The 2015 SNK live-action movie would probably suck. |

| As an introductory episode, I think it went well enough. Not a masterpiece and the "Nonoka gets mad at Noel" scene could have been seen from miles, but this aside, the rest was OK. Having endured Glasslip last season makes me confident that I won't have to drop this. Seriously, nothing can get worse than that. The supernatural aspect in Sora looks way cooler and interesting, actually. |
