| The twitter-verse is really trashig MAL. It's died down a bit, but a day doesn't go by when I don't see someone tweeting out that they're switching to Kitsu or AniList XD. I'm still here though, don't really mind that much, not really an 'angry' -type of person. |

| I moved to AniList for a while, while it has some nice features (including some that MAL rejected, like decimal rating system, expanded social features etc) the forums are half-dead and the global feed was so full of attention whoring I couldn't stand it. I'll probably still be using AniList to see how it develops (well if it improves further it might excel MAL eventually) but as of now MAL>>>> Other than that, I was working and watching anime. |

| I tried one other listing site when the list was down, but was disappointed by the lack of forums. Honestly, the main reason I'm sticking to MAL is because it has active forums. Discord is fine for a chat, but for discussions I much prefer forums, since it's easy to look back on things written weeks, months or even years ago. |
