| This episode had 100x better pacing overall. It still needs improvements all around, but it's actually tolerable to watch like this. I was pretty sure they were going to fix the pacing after the last episode, but I admit I was worried up until ep3 was over. |
| That was a huge improvement over the last two episodes, though I did catch some wonkey animation here and there. In the fight scene in that junkyard there when X-mos got buried, it looked like there was a huge frame skip |
| Got to meet a new character and got to know about her. She's been in a wheelchair her whole life. Her father is always protecting her. Some people were after her. The fight was wonky. She's now able to use her powers and fly. |

| I feel like this show'd be improved tenfold if the voice actors sounded more exciting (the japanese girls in particular sound like they're just reading off a script, not acting), the colours were more vibrant, and the animation was more dynamic/moved faster. The story itself isn't that bad so far. |
| some transitions occurring randomly without proper build up just ruins this even more... and for the year's STUPIDEST mistake, how come that the wheelchair girl managed to control her power like she has done it several times? that was a convenient asspull coming out of nowhere, even when they stated that the MC can't fully control her teleporting ability I'll give points to the show for actually letting me watch the entire episode without having to rush it due to boredom |

| I feel this show would have been received a lot better had they released it through netflix or some other streaming site where they could have dropped the entire season in one batch. I just feel like it's getting better little by little each episode but not enough to keep most people interested. I'll definitely keep going as I am a terrible gambler and always get pot committed... I'm hoping the gamble with my time pays off. |

| This episode was better than the last but still kind of boring. From this episode it seems to me Magneto woman is trying to recruit other meta humans (called Reflected in this show) to join with Stan Lee's reflected. I think Stan Lee as the villain wants to create a Reflected army against humans the same way Magneto always does. | Was going to drop this (never dropped anything), but this episode was indeed better than previous. I was most excited for this anime, but the animation left me a little disappointed. The story seems to not be going anywhere still, so if they fix that, maybe I'll stay no drop again. |

| Hey, it's not nearly as bad as the MAL score indicates. I actually quite like it. True, the art may be off putting and takes getting used to, and it's structured very differently compared to your typical anime, but it's actually quite nice and keeps me sufficiently engaged and intrigued once I got past the art. In any case it's worlds better than some of the more disappointing titles of the season so far, like Jikan no Shihaisha and to me, Fate/Apocrypha. I'm glad I gave this a chance. Edit: Ah yeah, what's the deal with the Japanese joushi koukousei band? The show spends time on them, but I fail to see how they tie in. straggy said: As I've come to discover through watching Nana Maru San Batsu this season, these girls sound like award winning VAs compared to the voice acting for the main girl in that show that I can only describe as true ear-bleeding.I mean most people sound like that in real life, regardless of nationality, but you expect an anime's voice acting to be professional. | This episode was better than the first too. Better pacing, more action, and we got to learn more about the characters too. I feel bad for Lisa's dad though. I get that he's overprotective, but it must suck watching your daughter fly away like that. |

| Certainly an improvement this episode, but really the only thing this show has going for it for me right now is the world building. They have some interesting ideas about "the reflected" which reminds me a bit of Worm. I am interested to see if the show goes somewhere interesting. |

| I was planning on dropping this one after seeing three epsiodes, but I actually enjoyed this episode. The animation is still...strange but I liked the pacing this time, a real improvement over the last two episodes. And besides I think it's worth staying even if it's just for the designs. And although the art seems unpleasent at first, it actually feels quite refreshing having in mind all the style of all the moe blobs and edgy shounen animu out there. |
| Thats gotta be the most painful and suffering 25 minutes in my anime life. This anime has no redeeming qualities, its the worst anime i've ever seen (and i thought the title belonged to Yami shibai 4) I originally picked it up and was anticipating something good because people were hyping it up its done by Deen and even though i dont know the dude and never heard of him people were hyping up Stan Lee like he is some kind of God. And what did i get? -Worst animation humanly possible, i just cant bare to look at it. - Basically an american superhero cartoon and even though i hate those they were done miles better than this wasted trash. I almost never drop the anime and decided that i wont drop anything anymore but i wont be able to hold for 9 more episodes, thats not even possible. And this is not an anime, this is anything but the anime so pretty much dropping American cartoon. Now i have two 1s. Yami shibai 4 and this. 1/10 |

And surely Reflection is done by Studio Deen it does technically considers as anime since everything made in japan is anime but i cant really consider it as one. I mean everything about Reflection is American. American setting, American humor, American typical superhero story, I have no idea wth are those visuals, literally unwatchable just cuz of visuals. Also did you see those characters? I know its New york and all but why are character design are so fucking bad... A lot of black characters. In animes usually there is one black character per 20 animes here they are everywhere just another signification that its fully American. But i wouldnt have prolbem with the anime even if its fully American like i said i cant stand visuals but even with horrific visuals i can still get past that IF Execution and writing was at least a litttle good. I really didnt even feel like creators tried to make the anime. |

So it has to take place in Japan to make it true anime? What about Princess Principal which takes place in England, does that make it British? If you haven't seen Castlevania though I suggest taking a look. Only 4 episodes which has ticked a lot of people off. It's heavily anime influenced so much so that it's in Japanese with english subtitles... Which again, confused me when it's not allowed to be added into the MAL data base... |

| @juggernautG1 There is Kekai sensen which is set in New york, and has no black characters, it has no american humor, it has no American plot and just the mood and the atmosphere makes it the anime while watching Reflection the atmosphere is so Americanish that it just feels like its done by Americans. Also Baccano'setting is America again it didnt even feel like it was Americanized, again the anime feels like an anime done by Japanese and not Americans. In Reflection tho everything feels like its fully Americanized. VIllains,heroes, abilities, humor, character designs, visuals,setting etc etc. |

| Only the highest quality from Studio Deen Okay as much as I'm loving this series, this episode was really poorly paced. The major events, like the room being on fire and Lisa being kidnapped just kind of happen out of nowhere, without any kind of buildup. But hey, at least we've got a Gundam Girl now. That's gotta count for something. |

| So, it's gonna be a "let's recruit forces for both sides while revealing the mystery" kind of thing? Very bad idea for a 12 eps series. When will we see the japanese high-school girls in action?! 3/5 Yeah, less walking / running scenes = less slow-motion feelings. CG said: the voice acting for the main girl in that show that I can only describe as true ear-bleeding. Hear the Gundam ZZ character Chara Soon (for free on gundam.Info YT channel). You never really heard an "ear-bleeding" voice before you experienced this woman. |
