| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Eh slow episode. The coach trying to get everyone fired and level up although the pacing felt a bit sluggish. The guys are training again while taking a step forward despite some sluggish results. I hope pacing picks up a bit soon. Lol'd @ the preview. Eijun and his little rage moments. Still, I think the first years have potential. |

| Inashiro losing! So much for losing to the number 1. It was nice to see Manaka and Tanba to move on and just really covered the mood for the third years. A new assistant coach coming that just might be the head coach afterwards :O Nice to see most of the guys doing well and getting some introduction of some other teammates too! |

They tried their best though but lost to a team which also has a 4 pitcher relay like Seidou. Playing again Yakushi again huh? That'll be fun since there's Raichi and his father-captain lol. New coach is well...not giving off the best first impression that's for sure. He's probably the stern yet blatantly honest type. |

| Such a slow episode... But I guess that's expected at this point. Im surprised Inashiro didn't win. That's to bad lol. Looking forward to seeing Todoroki in action again, he should just transfer to Seido. That would make this anime even better! |

| TODOROKI RAICHI!!! This is gonna be fun, if a bit difficult to watch him destroy Seido. I suppose this would be the last arc, concluding with the team for the fall season being selected. The new coach appears to be competent, even though he looks uncouth. Can't have everything. |

| Damn, it's still so hard to get behind the idea of a new team. After spending 60 episodes with the first team, it just doesn't feel the same now. Looking forward to the Yakushi scrimmage though (since Raichi is so crazy). Also it seems like they make Nationals look miles easier than actually getting there. If DiAce ever gets there, I'd really like to see some serious teams on that level. |

| Ouch, Inashiro lost. Looks like they were running a four pitcher relay too. I'm guessing we'll find out more about that team later in the series. The new coach in interesting. I wonder how he'll get this team back to where they were before all their players retired. |
| I might be alone in this but I wouldn't have minded Inashiro going on to win, they certainly seemed like worthy winners, even quite surprised that they lost and more significantly that Narumiya apparently bottled it. |

| Seeing everyone’s shocked reaction at Mei showing gratitude was hilarious. Although I’m not surprised that they ended up losing. It definitely feels like the teams attack power has decreased after losing the third years. |

| It was obvious that Inashiro would lose now, they're the strongest opponent for the qualifies, but there have to be someone else for the nationals. Looking forward to the match with Yakushi. |

| Not sure what to think of the new assistant coach yet but he does make a point with "Athletes are all masochists and narcissists". With no longer having the seniors to provide the strong batting I don't any hope for Seidou to win from Yakushi now. |

| YESSSS!!! YAKUSHI!!! MAN I LIKE THIS TEAM A LOT! XD Anywayyy that annoying Mei lost. I'm so conflicted. Inashiro really pisses me off, but as a team who Seidou could've defeated losing at Koshien... idk. I was just happy to see them lose against a team with a pitcher-relay strategy. Man, how symbolic! (I don't hate them btw.) Still, imagine how far Seidou could've gotten in Koshien. :') I forgot that we actually got this new coach. XD This one's good. Very different that Kataoka, but he's good. |

| A game vs Yakushi will be good! Yeah the team’s batting aint great tbh, hopefully they get some prodigy first-years at the start of next year So this next tournament? Why can’t the third-years play? It’s still too early to get new first-years as well right? |
