| Might be a 6, I'm not up to all seasonal stuff or, well, don't catch up with the most popular shows unless I'm already planning to watch them. Even then I prefer binging stuff. I have bought manga but nothing else in terms of anime merchandise or fandom interaction, like figurines, cosplay, pillows, or going to a con. |

| Depends on the definition. If you mean how much animes I've watched or how much I know about anime related stuff then that'd be a 9 or 10. If it's something like how much I'm obsessed with anime related stuff then 7/10 because I'm fairly interested in animanga but not that much. Weeb also refers to being interested in Japan's culture and it's people, and honestly I couldn't give a shit about those. |

| I would say probably a 7. I love watching anime, however, I don't watch as much as I used to. although I would say my 40-50 ep A day was the "New Weeb" stage of being in this community. I collect manga and have some wall scrolls, but no figures. Yet. I would say if you put this question out like 6 months ago or so I would have been like a 8. I am interested in Japanese culture but I don't want to get really into it. I'm definitely a weeb not an otaku. |

Eh, depends on how you measure it. I've seen quite a bit and probably about 90% of the media I consume is from Japan. However, I don't buy any anime stuff for myself; I have a few anime graphic tees that my sister bought me, but I hardly ever wear them because I hate when strangers decide to start a conversation with me because what is on my shirt. |

| I would say an 8. Anime has been a big part of my life for a long time and I've seen a good number of shows, but I don't make it seem like my only interest when talking to others/don't go overboard with it like some do. |

I love the medium and I'm very passionate about it, but I don't buy any merch or go to cons or anything, although I'd love to do so (especially a waifu body pillow and a figure!). I do occasionally make manga styled comics on my insta from time to time out of my love for it though, and I plan on making some cool stuff with Blender one day (??? out when 😭). It's been a part of my life for a long time and it has only grown bigger since then. I don't have much completed at the moment because I've always been slow when completing anime, but that's gonna change this year. |

| Maybe 6 I love anime/manga as much as the next guy/gal I don't watch any seasonal anime and when I watch anime it has to be Finished+English Dub complete if something is still airing or there is no English dub I don't watch them simple enough. My room is full of anime and manga stuff. My Light Novel collection is growing aswell. |

I’d say irl 4/10 Online 7.5/10 I’m not too into the otaku culture such as degeneracy and stuff but I would like to think I know my stuff. | Everyone thinks I’m a weeb except for me lmfao. I hardly watch anime (I usually dislike it), but I read a lot of manga because I love comics in general. However, I usually find that manga are better-made than western comics, especially when it comes to art; on top of that, there’s a crazy amount available that I could like, since I mostly read weird niche manga as a kid. Thus, I am super big into exploring manga titles specifically right now. I don’t think this makes me a weeb, but apparently, since “I will read something just because it’s manga,” (no, I won’t; I read stuff that interests me) people insist that I’m in denial. I know a lot about the manga industry & some of its history, so I’d put myself at a 3. I do collect Mamegoma plushies, though, and I have 150+ manga volumes (1/3 of these are Pokémon), so maybe a 4… |

| I don't think I count as an otaku, I'm not knowledgeable enough about anime. I know big name directors, prolific studios, how anime was made back then, how it's made today. I know who was influenced by who and what, why certain stuff is the way it is. how some studios came to be or died out recently. I've been to animecons and I buy anime figures. I've seen plenty of anime, current and old. I constantly try to learn about anime history, I even watch tokusatsu. but I don't know the super miniscule stuff like who did the insert song in ep9 of x show. who directed that specific episode, and which sakuga scene was done by which animator. I also don't know how each show came to be, save for a few. |
