I like how Iris interacts differently, she has more expressions. Sunflowers are really important, poor Iris My friend Satoru has sunflowers in pocket everytime. Rip priest, god didnt protect him after all... Wtf was this ecchic scene, I felt uneasy at the office, some coworkers didnt go home yet. www The two parts felt very different, half serious and half ecchi stuff, it was weird |

| To get to the truth isn't easy... Still, I find the episode entertaining with Iris getting more screentime with Shrina. Speaking of Iris, she's able to express her honesty to Shrina. Being a man of his word, I do like their character relationship this episode. Iris' VA did a wonderful job at protraying her character imo. The development during the second half of this episode also turned out to be pretty interesting with Maki. |

| D. Pro nails it yet again. Awesome episode. We’ve had a lot of action lately so it’s nice to get more laid back ones like this. This is a critical turning point in the series. Shinra becomes Iris emotional support pillar and helps her reaffirm her faith and commitment. The piggy back ride was adorable. The assault and tamaki gag sequence was hilarious as well. Had me dying. Overall, nice set up episode for the Maki’s development arc. Can’t wait. |

| Pretty interesting that we get to see the Holy Sol Temple from Sister Iris's POV (even from the Baptist Church), because she grew up in the Church and being accustomed to the "false" teachings from young. Shinra's coincidence with 1st Company Lieutenant Huo Yan surely brings up even more scars about who the people place their faith in (just as is with the 7th Company with Benimaru). This is saying a lot. A good rhetorical question to think of is: whoever created the Holy Sol Temple, that is the God these Convent girls and women worship, be it in God's light or the Devil's darkness, but they've no idea who were their prayers for while it is daily bread to them. That is more evidently so with Shinra's rhetorics to Sister Iris, that is some profound statement of who they choose to believe in. Glad that Shinra and Sister Iris's character development is growing into confidante though. The shorter 2nd part with White-Clad Assault though, to challenge Tamaki in pure ecchiness is quite the cliche hilarity. IT'S F***ING FUNNY that Assault goes the rabbit hole down DAMN DEEP to conquer his fear of women, while being a womanizer himself. The more Tamaki fanservice, the more Assault goes through training after training of hilarious uselessness. OH GOD, an opponent you like, the worse character? OK, at least next week we're onto a new arc. |

| Let me get this off my chest first. I have no idea what the last 1/3rd of the episode was about. It was childish in its humor and I feel had no place in the story. It actually left me feeling a bit pissed off after such a brilliant start. Anyway... Was good to see a Sister episode. I feel she is massively underappreciated in characters which we see in anime. Have you ever seen her in a top 10 list. I haven't yet. But her character arc is amazing and it really hits home this eps with a focus on her. Imagine having your entire world shattered, everything you believe in crushed to dust and thrown into the wind. Yet you still have to continue on smiling and doing your job when everything you believe is now not so believable. Then the priest become an infernal, and having to be put to rest even know he had prayed to your god everyday and the other sister losing her mind and screaming why did it happen. Latom!! I think both Shinra and Iris grew a lot today and as the one armed dude said about what he has faith in, and what message Shinra passed onto Iris was fantastic storytelling and world building. Then we got the end of the episode and it ruined everything by being so crude and shit I'm not even sure I can continue being a net promoter of this show anymore I found it that offensive to the story. |

| The Assault training, Tamaki being her usual ridiculous fanservice self bit was absolutely hilarious despite how silly it was. Tamaki's clumsiness and wardrobe malfunctions have become meta now. The first half was pretty good. It's nice to see Iris being a more fleshe out character than she has been before. |

| I have said this many times, but you gotta admire the dedication of DavidPro to this anime. Even in a transition episode after all the crazy stuff in Haijima they still provide good animation. Actually though they would adapt the entire thing with Iris's crisis of faith this episode and leave the Assault segment for the first half of the next episode, but seems they just went for a single episode for the post-Haijima chapters. Iris is too pure for this world and needs to be protected at all cost. This episode was a good development for the character (even more since Iris hasn't has much spotlight this season) and we had some sweet moments with her and Shinra, which are always welcomed. Assault segment was comedy gold. Tamaki turned one of the most dangerous members of the White Clad into a coomer, and even made him fall for her. And then people say Tamaki isn't strong lol. The Soul Eater reference with Maka's dad was wonderful too, I think they even got the voice actor of the character for the scene (not 100% sure, but he sounded a lot like him). Nothing more to say, probably the most intense training arc of all anime. Next episode will mark the start of my second favorite arc of Fire Force. Time to wait another week once again... Lastly, have a chibi Arrow.  |

| The first part of this episode was really great. I liked how they talked about beliefs and Iris' doubts about it. Shinra's words to her were pretty nice and just what she needed. That was a very cute moment, as well as the piggy back <3. That said, I still wonder what is the connection between the pillar girl and Iris, why does she look like her? Much appreciated for that close-up of Iris' butt lol. And then we have the second part, which was kind of weird. Weird because we came from a serious first part with a very wholesome and cute moment between Iris and Shinra but then switched to Tamaki's usual fanservice. Assault's training was hilarious though xD. It's just that I really like Tamaki and I wish they would do more with her than just that. |

| The first half of the episode was really good. It was nice to see sister get some screentime. The second half was.... strange, but whatever. (Okay, on second watch this half is actually pretty comical) Did anyone catch the shout out to 'Soul Eater' with Death Scythe crying about Makami in the gentlemens club in the booth behind Assault? |

| A nice cool down episode. Checking in on how Iris is handling all of this was needed and was done well. I didn’t mind the fanservice with Assault and Tamaki because it actually had a purpose and was funny with how absurd it all was. |
| honestly this episode in the first half was some good stuff related to the loss of faith and what it means to those that have it to have beliefs for a show like this then fire force reminding us of it's worse parts and why anything to Tamaki is pure trash because she is only used as a tool of fanservice but out of all those moments i did get some chuckles of Assault going down the path of being cultured turns out that just makes you even more horny |

| Welp, a break time for the fire forces. A nice little time between Shinra and Iris kinda funny moments for me. Idk what were thinking, Shinra, but its really a deserved situations. Lol. Ah, Huo Yan gave a nice speech there about his belief. Honestly, i didn't even care about their belief. But, since its really bugging my Iris mind, Shinra did a good job to chill her there. Nice, Shinra! You were my Iris, and Shinra's sunflower. So, i don't had any doubt at your role 8th division as their shines! Well, Iris done. Then whats next? Ah, yes, Tamaki. And Assault again! I am kinda feel bad with his legs, and his feeling too. He was too hard to solved it. Lmao, he actually realized that he like that neko girl, never expected that will coming xD. Damn, who could resist Tamaki fanservice, right? Even i will fail too against her if she is a real live person. Lol. So, their battle actually served as their confession field. Tamaki x Assault? Feel good, eh? But Assault always failed and Tamaki just fell as usual. Which was mean, yeah, no meaning at all. No ship allowed! Okay, this break time really means nothing. But actually it served so good to chill a bit before another endless battle xD. |

| Thats what I wrote about the chapter in Gogoanime: The 1st half was probably the best thing this anime produced, excluding animation, etc.. Faith is a recurrent topic but its poorly addressed. The belief that Huo Yan was talking about is different from what Shinra was talking/thinking, Yans is belief without any evidence, such as in faith but Shinras is belief in someone with potencial, same as Konro has in Beni, such as in trust...this is an equivocation(using different meanings for the same word). Stating that people need faith, without the idea being pushed is a disservice to the topic, but I trust the author capabilities to address this missing side of the topic People should show more interess in the themes of the anime theyre watching, otherwise theyre ignoring part of the authors hardwork, imo Edit: Another 2 things: The Sisters question "Just what good are our prayers?" addresses the inessentiality of praying since God already knows what youll request The Evangelist being the true God also is very similar to the Gospel of Judas, that tells that humans believe in a evil God and that God isnt the real one, I recommend you search for that Gospel, its very interesting |

| I really loved this episode, especially the first half. I like how Fire force deals with religion , it's pretty well done. Plus we got more Iris screentime, since Iris is my favorite female character. And this episode was also absolutely beautiful. That second half though was fucking hilarious. Assault is legit pretty fucking strong but, can't beat love though lmao. |

| What a wholesome episode this was lmao This ship in the first part, oh boy xD Shira x Iris seems pretty nice. And that whole thing joined them even more, i wonder if we will end FF with some couples. Now, the 2nd part was just insanely good! Assault gets stronger whenever he upgrades his virginity, that's the best way to say it i guess xD But in the end, just as he said, he will never able to win that battle xD  What an unexpected ship hahaha It was hilarious, hope we will have more of this good comedy in the future. Next eps, so they are trying to take Maki? wtf |

| Dude, what's with that total tone shift in the middle of the episode?... seriously, why? The first half featuring Iris's faith being put to test was so deep and well executed. Not to mention the way how Shinra approached the subject while comforting her was probably the only time I actually liked seeing him as the main protagonist. And the conclusion with the smooth "sunflower" comparison and the piggy back ride was so damn adorable too... well, until Shinra had that vision with the first Hashira, of course. All in all, that first half was practically perfect narrative-wise but lord, the following part with virgin Assault was so dumb. The only thing the guy ended up killing was the episode's overall serious atmosphere and by the way, thank you series for reminding me that Tamaki's sole purpose in the narrative is to entertain the male audience. If anything, this segment should have gone first so that the episode would have ended in a somewhat strong note but whatever. That wasn't the case here. |
