Most "Aestheticly pleasing" Anime, as film snobs say.

I cant pick one, so i'm just gonna chicken out and say these few:

Every Miyazaki Movie
Akira
Evangelion
Mononoke
Cowboy Bebop

I saw your username, then realized it's a joke, hopefully at least...
I loved the movie, "Your Name", it was amazing, well done, beautiful.

Rolling girls. I was a big fan of the hyper-colorful effects animation & also, Kyousou Giga, Mononoke, FLCL & The Monogatari series, especially the Kizumonogatari trilogy.

Discussion about aesthetics in animation without mentioning Mushishi? That anime is a piece of art. Truly beautiful.
The Aria franchise has some beautiful scenery as well, Neo-Venezia is architecturally beautiful.
And whats pretty about NGE? Its one of the worst execution of animated work that I've ever seen. I will never forget that irritating train station scene that unnecessarily froze for minutes. This anime may had some nice battle scenes at the beginning but it was clear later on that they ran out of budget. There better work of animation at this genre, really.

Definitely Violet Evergarden, people can argue over it's story but none can't deny the cuteness in this show.

With the term 'beautiful' I always think of background art and some shows anime that really left a lasting impression on me in that regard were:

Sea Prince and Fire Child
Akage no Anne
Ie Naki Ko
Made in Abyss
Ghibli Films of course
Most things by Otomo Katsuhiro

and this version of 1001 Nights

I probably regret this post by now.

Maquia would take the cake as the most aesthetic
The scenery and quality of art was done perfectly for a fantasy show

Going with visual aesthetics: Garden of words, A Silent Voice, A place further than the universe and Your Name.

Going with beautiful/unique presentation: Mononoke, Akira, Redline, Eva and Lain.

Ergo Proxy, 5 centimeters per second, and Violet Evergarden
beautiful art with beautiul story would be After The Rain
and I liked the aesthetic of Kuzu no Honkai, which had 3 or 4 different art styles mixed together
i think most beautiful looking ones are romance animes
not 100% sure why though

I indeed like colors quite alot so I'll go with JoJo part 4. The color palette in that part was quite unique but beautiful. Of course when something happens, the color palette changes. It just looks beautiful.

I have to say the most pleasing anime I’ve ever watched, esthetically and emotionally, would most definitely have to be the pet girl of sakurasou. The show features a young boy who is a high school sophomore. He is forced to live in the dorm named Sakurasou with the plenty of other “weirdos” who inhabit the place. Along the way, he meets many great people, faces the challenges of life with his friends, and generally try’s to keep caught up. It really is a sight to behold and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who loves the slice of life and romance genres. Also I’d like to apologize in advance since it’s been almost a year since I last watch the show, so if I missed some details please forgive me:)

It's interesting that no one has mentioned it yet, but Kimetsu no Yaiba is a work of art.

Shingeki no Kyojin was also beautiful but the CGI Colossal Titan is a nightmare.

Then there are those beautiful movies like Koe no Katachi and Kimi no Na wa.
If you read Eleceed you're automatically my friend.

The Garden of Words had some beautiful aesthetics, so I still get goosebumps when I think about the landscapes + the rainy atmosphere,. What a beautiful piece of art it was.

Additionally, Violet Evergarden looked beautiful and had stunning visuals.
