I rate an anime solely based on the enjoyment I had from it, not on the basis of it's cultural or production value (In other words, not "objectively". This term is overrated anyway). Also, I don't believe that a show being "generic" automatically makes it bad.

Favourite Genres - Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Supernatural, Suspense, Drama, Comedy, Romance. And ofcourse "Battle Shounen".

Favourite Themes - Super Power, Time Travel, School, Psychological.

Genre I avoid at all costs - Avant Garde

I watch in both sub and dub depending on the type of the show. Generally, I watch comedies in sub, dramas in dub and everything else according to what sounds better to my ears.
