| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- My opinion this has to be the most promising animes this year. What excites me more is that I can already see a resemblance between Doll and Ryoko (maybe as of the first episode), Wahanly and Washu (that is definate), Chiaia and Ayeka, and those little Koro with Ryo-Ohki (just without shifting into a spaceship). However those are just based off little comparisons that I found in the attitudes and personalities they gave off as of the first episode. Needless to say, this keeps me on edge because I am a huge fan of Tenchi Muyo and this is supposed to branch off the OVAs, which I think held the best story line aside from all the spin-off seasons. |

| I thought this was an ok episode. I was hopping for a little more information on how he got there in staid of getting the same fight multiple times :(. The suits are pretty neat but I was hopping more for a suit design similar to Tenchi Muyou! GXP's that Seina piloted towards the end and no one knew where it came from. I still suspect they will try and link that in this story at some point...at least I hope they do. |

| Well, that wasn't exactly good, but not really bad, either. Ii was more or less entertaining, but a 15 year old boy getting his personal harem? How original ... :/ Moreover the whole earthling getting summoned in a fantasy world and has special powers because he is from earth is really old, too. But him beating all these soldiers was amusing and well animated. |

if they were serious about assassinating her, then why didn't they bring all of their mechs on the first raid instead of only using 2? even if they had only included the third one instead of just using it for support they probably would have been able to win. there were too many odd pauses during the battles |

| Man Wasurenai subs suck, grammar is broken way too often. Funny how a series that decided to be outside the norm with 13 episode of OVA around 50 minutes each will get such an underpopular status on MAL even though it has many genres that the average fan would love to see. And DAT DARK ELF. :o Wait, I didn't even see it was a spin-off to tenchi muyo. Wow. Animation was kinda hit and miss. Sometimes it's really good (Kenshi's barehandedly beat that mob with swords) other times it's just silly. Character design was kinda like this as well. DAT DARK ELF could be totally hot sometimes and other times it was like, wait wat's with those low quality eyes. ._. I wonder why they didn't adopt similar to the ending theme's style which reminded me of Baccano/Durarara. I mean, they obviously seem to have the budget with this type of work. Meh. Having these robot-like dudes in a fantasy world is pretty weird. I don't remember a time where I liked this mix unless it was for comedic purposes like in Sengoku Basara with Honda. |

| I usually download a lump of shows all at once, and then watch them one or two at a time over time, so by the time I got to this I had no recollection that it was part of the Tenchi multiverse. That said, I immediately felt a sense of familiarity and saw some similarities, and looked it up after finishing the first ep to see that it is indeed part of the Tenchi series. I enjoyed how they didn't take the usual route of starting with the boy in Japan and skipped over how he got to their world. It was a little confusing, but I appreciate that they did it differently from every other story where a boy from Japan/Earth gets sucked into another world, of which there are many. |

| The music and BGM was depressing. Very very depressing. As in there was little to no back ground music. Made the fight sound childish and a play. The lack of sound effects and the "oomph". Needs some Yuki Kajiura charm. I seriously had to turn on my iTunes and use my BGM playlist. Maybe I'm complaining too much about the music. |

| Enjoyed what I watched but one thing that bothered me was the lack of SFX. There were almost no sound effects during action scenes and when they were, they were extremely quiet. For example, when they shoot beams out of their mechs guns and such, there is no sound. When the sword clashed or cut through a mech, there was no sound effect. Well hopefully it won't bother me too much in the future episodes. |
| Hmm...episode seems okay I guess. Well for one thing, the OP song is uncensored! Nice. One of the chicks reminds me of CC from Code Geass. "This is a guy?" Lol, it's like these chicks never seen a boy before. P.S. hawt ED song. |

| Fell in love with the OP in just first hearing ~ . It was out of this world <3 . Let's see the genres .. Ecchi ~ , Mecha Fantasy and mostly Action-packed . DAISUKI . Yaritai ~ . I want to see and learn more !! Seikishi and the Holy land . MC had it rough in the beginning but gradually he's living such a healthy life ;D . Very GREAT Episode ~ !!! The Songs keeps me accompanied ~ . ED IS NICE . |

| And another lucky boy of animes is surrounded by girls.... Watching this reminded me of Simoun and Evangelion... I guess the author of this anime got the idea of both series.... of course, I'm not saying it's on the same level =P at least not so far. Simoun is S2 |

| Didn't expect this to be twice as long as a normal episode, but I guess that's fine with me. The art and animation could've been better, I hope this will improve with further episodes. The story so far is quite confusing, they started without many explanations. Let's see where this is going, I like the pink-haired chick already. |
Mecha with some hot babes of different ages. Okay, I'll see what happens. I like the tsundere redhead the most so far. Mecha stilettos, very nice.  |

| My only real gripe with this is that the girls seem implausibly found of Masaki. Given that we're speaking about a harem here it shouldn't surprise, but I still think it heavily contradicts with the circumstances under which he was brought into this other world and he did not really anything that would warrant such "affection", quite the opposite in fact. But anyway, other aspects like characters, atmosphere and flow of the narrative knew to convince. Can't say much about the setting yet, I just hope for a decently fleshed out world. I'm kinda indifferent regarding the mecha aspect. |
