| An exclusive world premium screening event for the previously announced Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System movie trilogy at 31st Tokyo International Film Festival held on Saturday has announced the staff and cast members of all three movies. The first movie will premiere in Japanese theaters in January 25 of next year, while second and third movies will premiere on February 15 and March 8, respectively. A mixture of staff and cast members from the TV series and movie will also reprise their roles. Naoyoshi Shiotani will return to do the original story plan and direct all the movies. Makoto Fukami will return to pen the script for second and third movies. Naoyuki Onda and Kyouji Asano are drawing character designs, Eiji Arai will be the director of photography, Emiko Ueno will be doing color design, Shuuichi Kusamori will be the art director, and Yoshikazu Iwanami will be the sound director for all three movies. Yugo Kanno will compose music. Production IG, who produced the movie prior to this trilogy, will return to produce all the movies. Toho Visual Entertainment is in charge of distribution. The theme songs have been announced. A remix version of "abnormalize" by Ling Tosite Sigure will be used for all three movies. EGOIST's songs will be used as ending theme songs: "Fallen" for Case 1, "All Alone With You" for Case 2, and "Namae no nai Kaibutsu" for Case 3. | Really excited to see specifically the second and third films. It will be interesting to see kogami without akane or the rest of the division in the plot and how he acts without the influence of them present. Hopefully they announce a much needed third season and if the rumor is true, kogami will finally be the villain in the third season. |
