| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This episode felt nostalgic! The atmospheric setting and mood of the festival along with the joy of attending with friends is just something that is refreshing. Nice way for them to mix in the music too to add more of a cheerier atmosphere. Kids can have so much fun during their childhood days. |

| Twist was a bit predictable but other than that I enjoyed this episode. It had some charm to it. Also, the pacing felt so much better than the other episodes. It didn't feel stretched out. |
| Superb story telling... By the way, in 7 min. more anime productions need to take notes... And like most of the people here I was not expecting that twist by the end. I cannot lie I got teary eyes by the end of the episode… |

Otherwise she would not expect to meet her friend at the o-bon festival, because that implies one of them is dead, and it can't be the boy. |

Same ;_; Really wasn't expecting to cry in this episode, but the twist was handled well and thus gave a more emotional impact. I was wondering why Haruka looked so surprised at the beginning considering he should've been the ghost, but the ending explains why he reacted that way. This short hurt a lot... |

| Holy shit! Those last seconds hit like a truck. Really nice little story. Simple, yet touching and manages to hit the feels a bit. Those were 7 nice minutes. |

| Just like the others, I also didn't expect that it was Yukari who was a spirit. Even though I've been waiting for Haruka to disappear... uh... It reminds me a bit of the Hotarubi no Mori e festival scene too, and.. to be honest because of that I suddenly felt really sad and the scene where Yukari said "are you going to disappear too?" to Haruka is the moment I can't stop crying until the end :"D |
