The animation was magnificent...and consistently so throughout the entire episode.
A lot of cheesy lines though :P and Lust's death looked amazing but didn't make me feel anything :/ still an awesome episode

Wait, so the way that Wrath/Bradley sheathed his sword and walked away after Lust disintegrated...
Was he involved in the battle or was he just waiting to offer backup to Roy? I thought that it was the former because he would know Lust's weaknesses with his ultimate eye thing.

I'm really glad Lust died here especially by the hands of my favorite character.I didn't really like or care for her character any more in the 2003 version either even with all the screen time And development she got. Satisfied. ^^

Colonel Mustang sir...you really kick ass. And you and Hawkeye have something more than a boss/subordinate thing going on if I can judge things correctly.

Shame that Lust was the first of this group to die. She kinda fills a quota. I wish envy would have gone first,. he's insufferable and when he goes, I'll open a bottle of beer to celebrate his passing.

Is that really Papa at the end?

I hope Havoc will be alright D;

When Riza-chan flipped out over Lust "killing" Roy >>>>
And when her seiyuu yelled, I finally recognized the voice of Rukia from Bleach hahhaha xD

Tbh I preferred Lust from the first series X) she was kinder lol

Sucks for Barry though >__< your humor will be missed D:>

I hope there will be a flashback or maybe even a simple explanation as to why Hawkeye cares so much for Mustang.

Barry is gone... hes still a loss.

How did Lust die? I'm confused.. shes supposed to be immortal right?

Roy burning Lust was BADASS, just amazing! I also liked the part with Al and Winry, and it was funny when his metallic arm fell off lol. I didn't like the part with Riza.. she is so weak, not physically. Poor Barry tho, shouldn't he speaks up earlier when everyone was still in that room, so that they can save him? Oh well.. So now Ed is meeting up with his papa, huh?

WHAT A CLIFFHANGER! Love it, love it!

I don't understand how Lust died, Greed didn't die even though he was stabbed a billion times...

The departure with Barry was really sad, his own body wanted to die.

I find it strange how the anime kills off such important characters so quickly, especially considering there's still about 50 eps left.

This episode was epic. A lot of people died. Well at least Barry. I'm not sure about Havoc yet and did Lust really die?

In the '03 FMA anime it required a special circle or something and they start choking up red shards.(I don't really remember) If Lust really did die from dying over and over again, do they have a limited amount of lives? If so then Greed's death from the lava a couple episodes back makes a lot more sense.

This was explained around the introduction of Greed. They do have a limited amount of lives. That's why Greed wanted the secret to Al's body, for immortality.

Ooh so a Homunculus isn't exactly immortal. Heh should have figured that out when Greed wanted to know Alphonse's secret. Well at least Roy and co. now know what they're facing isn't indestructible.

Bloody amazing episode, the best episode yet.

Where to begin? Roy really impressed me whereas I was neutral about him before. From shooting Lust while she tries to talk to charboiling her to dust to burning shut his abs, he is the shit. Lust was the shit too; it genuinely startled me when she reformed around the stone; she's lethal as fuck and their battle was awesome.

And then the touching moments. Barry's death really got to me - his poor body just wanted an end to the suffering, a quiet part of him wanted peace. It was ironic that Barry thought he was chasing his body when it seemed to be looking for him too. And then there's Havoc and Riza's despair blah blah

AND THEN THE ED BEGINNING WHEN HOEINHEIM TURNS AROUND

Aw yeah

Was relatively unimpressed so far with the Overrated FMAB, but this was the first good episode.

Mustang partially showed why he has so many fans, and Hawkeye even I have liked from the beginning, and this episode is no exception.

First 5/5.

Wow, haha. FMA sure does avoid cliches with a smooth pivot.
It was a bit surprising to see Lust die, considering she looks like a brains type of person that won't go down easily. I have a feeling, though, that every sin will die and reappear towards the end for an arc.
The ending scene that transitioned into the ending theme was great, and matched well in my opinion.

Mustang the hyper bad ass. I love this guy and his super cool flame ability. I hope Havoc is fine :-/
The RizexMustang scene was also very nice. :)

Lust finally died and Barry too which is a little bit sad :(

Omg so Ed will meet his father after so much time, can't imagine what will happen and what his father will say him.

Omfg, this entire episode ... this just made it to my top favourite episodes in anime all time.
I'm also really glad we get more screentime for the characters that were kinda just there in 2003, Hawkeye, Havoc just to name two.

The entire scene with Mustang coming back from Hawkeye and burning Lust over and over and over and over ... absolutely stunning.
Lust looked beautiful just before she became ash.

Now we have 2 of the homonculi gone, Greed and Lust, Hohenheim (the father of the homonculi and Edward) just arriving in time for some awkward scenes probably :D

Well done Brotherhood, masterpiece of an episode.
