It's short, but so well written and like so many before me, I also was on the edge of tears. Why did I wait so long to read this? What a foolish decision of mine. Well, at least I've read it now, it would have been a shame to have missed this out. |
| What a bitter-sweet ending. But it was obvious it was going to end the way it did, wasn't it? Still I had the hope some sort of miracle would happen and he would get released. But I suppose that would be contradicting the point the author was trying to convey. |

| Oh man ... I didn't wanna tear up but shit. That was just sad. What a great (yet tragic) ending. It really was a crappy life he lead. Atleast it had a bittersweet ending with Juri looking to the future. |

| I held back the tears, but wow this was depressing. Like others, I knew from the get-go that he was going to die at the end, yet this was still overwhelmingly sad. A part of me was hoping that he'd somehow get released, but in the back of my mind I knew that wasn't going to happen. The reason as to why he got put in there in the first place is so unlucky and screwed up, yet it is logical. Masterpiece of a manga here, so short yet so everlasting. |
| "If I play, will you live another year for me?" And there, I lost it. Too damn sad. She played the piano for him... Him living would have been.. well, not so good for the story. It was good as it is. But you can't help but wish they got together... But yup, their love was legendary... Amazing story and it totally deserves to be at 2nd position. 10/10 |

| Well, that was realy one touching story, but something felt amiss or wrong I think.. I was realy impressed at how something more or less complex was made in 8 chapters, while giving us views from different angle at the story.. But if I were to speak honestly - it didn't as far touched me, in fact, it actually rather annoyed me, I understand that he didn't have the piece of cake life, but trying to find salvation in that is a bit pitiful... there are people who suffered much more and could resist it... So yes, from my perspective it was almost as if it was just some brat thinking the world is against him.. done more maturely than your average brat in average manga, but the fact still stays. Even with multiple views it didn't end open ended but in fact pretty one sided. Accepting his judgement with peace on his mind and just a little worrying.. well, that's a totally happy end if you ask me.. 9/10 - a realy mature read, exactly what I usually search, too bad it had to be such a small story.. I realy felt like more details could be added, but if that's all there was to it, then heh, god, my life was even more harsher, although I used less lousy methods to overcome my youth... Nevertheless, it's a fast watch that is touching and quite in depth - totally worth a read. |
| Too short to actually impact me :/ I liked the concept though but everything was too predictable. This manga in nutshell: a man and woman have shit life and want to suicide but they start talking, fall in love and they realize they don't want to die anymore lol, well sucks to be the guy cuz he's sentenced to death. 7/10 |

| Wow just Wow....... i never thought i'd cry like this by reading. Uhhhhhhhhhhh My Feeling T_T. It's too beautiful and too painful to read. the tragic ending Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. He found his reason to live but it too late. I'm reading to the last minute hoping her brother can do anything for him. this last chapter have deep emotion in every word. T_T |

| Well the story was nice but just too short. To be honest, I didn't care much about the characters, they were realistic but I just couldn't be atached to them. I read it only because of the very high score which I don't think it deservers. Very predictable ending -_- |

I have no problem saying I cried like a maniac in the ending x__x I gave it a 9 just because i thought some little parts were a bit "dull" but the plot is just fabulous .. you know at the very beginning whats going to happen but you simply can't help the tears in the ending .. great message .. amazing characters .. flawless plot .. "cry me a river" ending .. ohh fml :s 9/10 |

| I cried, even after guessing this outcome would happen since the first chapter. At first I was holding in my tears, then Juri in a bride's dress made my eyes teary. Then when she started to play the piano, I cried like a bitch. 5/5 for this chapter 9/10 overall |

| A masterpiece! I can't leave my room now since I am all red and teary. Cried like a baby regardless of expecting him to die since the beginning! It is amazing that 8 chapters only managed to be this beautiful and emotional. Him dying, makes you want to live to the max. Definitely a favourite =) |
