| 4/5 Despite liking the series of Railgun, I can not give more than I gave, do not you think? XD Plot all too similar to the first episode of the first season, narrative is a little intriguing, serves to call into the field the characters familiar to fans of the series! And some new addition! LOL Technically and visually we are on the same level to which we have become accustomed JC Staff. The character design is always the same, today it is well done and I like it so much. The color design is to my liking. Rating of 4/5 more than adequate! Mikoto Welcome back! ;) |

| Man I haven't watched Railgun or index in over a year, but I was waiting for the english dub to come out and now this was a good episode I must admit. The first 2 series (Index and Railgun) were awesome from what little I remember, it's been a long time since I watched it so hopefully Railgun S will jog my memory a little. So, Misaka is still OP as usual, and Touma appearing at the end hmm, have to watch next episode to find out more! |

We had that telepathy girl, Erii. Heck, now we have "the strongest psychic user". Are all antagonists deal with only brain powers that mess with other people's brains? |

| Yep, gotta love Misaka badassness. Don't fuck with the Railgun, especially with her bag, probably full of shameful Gekota stuff. But man, those terrorists always are there at the wrong place and wrong time. I almost have pity for them for always failing their plan miserably x) It was fun to get a little return on what happened after the last arc of the first season. I also didn't knew that the Sister Arc was happening after the event of the first season. |

| Holy shit!!!!! Another Lvl 5 esper was introduced. The hype is real, LOL. Is this another K-ON??? Because Toyosaki Aki, Kotobuki Minako and Satou Satomi? It's a good thing that Haruue is still there because I thought she will be like a disposable chara. Up side down Railgun was kinda new to me. 4/5 for the episode and if OP is included, it will be 4.75/5. |

| Now that is one of the best first episode a series can pull right there. The new level 5 esper is looks pretty good.. and her name is Misaka huh rofl. I never knew Kuroko could use her ability consecutively to fly in the sky. XD I'm looking forward to this. |

| Awesome and best episode. Pure classic. Definitely gonna finish the Railgun S series. I don't think that leaving your drinking can near Kuroko is the right choice Misaka. The animation, the art and the fight scenes are a total level upper(pun intended) from previous season. The hijinks too. That sequence where she catches the terrorists was awesome beyond recognition. Glad we see more of Kuroko's teleportation sequence. And the big bad Level 5. She is so scary. Wonder how they still allow abilities within school. Shouldn't it be regulated, like in the hostel? I really like the pervert jokes as well. I would certainly want to see more of those. Waiting for the Sisters arc and Accelerator. Man, I am so much hyped up for Accelerator.  |

| Fantastic first episode! Misaka being as badass as in the first episode of S1, what a hook. Misaki looks spooky with the warnings to Misaka, but damn, her design is 10/10. |

| Exceptional episode, the narration already puts a lot of meat on the fire and is full of action, involving the episode thanks to the excellent drawings and really fluid animations. The backgrounds are well made, the opening is excellent, it does not make you regret those of the previous season. |

| Good to see Misaka in her own anime again after watching season 2 of the main series. Hope this will have more of new level 5's and their abilities. Also hope Saten will have badass moments with her bat like in last episode of the first season of Railgun :D |

It's just too enjoyable to watch, really.. ;p Hm.. That blond chick has mind control or something?.. Well, that's certainly useful.. for doujins... Well, ok, telepathy powers are actually her powers.. Why it's Railgun S, by the way?.. S is randomly chosen, or some meaning behind this?.. Well, will see with time maybe.. ;p Criminals escape.. I sleep.. They have our present for friend.. Real shit! Let's catch them! lol.. ;P Very nice first episode.. Lots of cute and funny stuff around.. | Ah yes this is the railgun I’ve been waiting for with some solid animation and some actually intriguing plot! Then again I thought the first season of railgun started off with a bang similar to this one right here. But really now I’m actually expecting the good stuff that this spin off series of index is known for. Still turned off a bit by the fact that kids with superpowers are basically just free to roam around this huge city and use their powers with just about zero ramifications. I mean misaka is a human railgun, yeah roll credits, and just about no one really gives a damn that this weapon of mass destruction is just walking around chilling? And don’t even get me started on the new queen bee chick with freaking mind control?! Maybe keep some tabs on her, government, if it exists?? And not only that, it doesn’t make sense for any dumbass without powers to commit crimes anymore; like they took a girl hostage knowing there’s some little kid with teleporting powers which would literally make hostages useless? Like ok shut up I know it’s just essentially dumb fun anime but can’t we be a little bit smarter here Anyway that said I am looking forward to this well known sisters arc as well as the revered accelerator let’s go babyyyyyy |

| I have to say, compared to the mediocre episodes when plot doesn't happen and nothing much happens, this was definitely an entertaining first episode to say the least for the new season. The action was stupid but hell it was fun to watch for its popcorn entertainment value, seeing Misaka and Kuroko teleport and fly through the air and having Misaka go Railgun mode in midair and dodge debris while falling upside down in said mid air just to get a bag (and to stop the extremist wannabes as the secondary motive). It's over the top but in the right way, and shows off the abilities of those espers really well in a crazy environment. Misaki Shokuhou seems interesting too as the other Level 5 esper in that academy Misaka goes to, as well as be one of the seven Level 5 espers to exist in general. Quite the manipulative character too to go along with her ability of controlling everyone else's minds, which would be pretty damn convenient too given the right situation to use it. |
| Ah yes finally back with Railgun good stuff... So far i enjoyed Railgun more than Index, i think majority fans felt the same. Religion stuff just too complicated and confusing. Second season OP is alright, nothing beat the first OP. |
