noitaminA Announces 2019-20 Lineup

Fuji Television's late-night anime programming block noitaminA revealed its series lineup for years 2019-2020.

Sarazanmai (Spring 2019)
The upcoming airing anime will be part of this year's noitaminA lineup and is slated to premiere via Fuji TV on April 12 at 12:55 a.m.. Additionally, it was announced that the ending theme "Stand by Me" will be performed by the peggies. A PV featuring the theme song was also released.

Given (Summer 2019)
Natsuki Kizu's music-themed BL manga will receive a TV anime adaptation. The series will be part of noitaminA's anime lineup and will premiere in this summer.

Psycho-Pass 3 (Fall 2019)
Previously announced Psycho-Pass 3 has released a preview. Continuing to be part of the noitaminA block, the series will air in October this year.

Koutetsujou no Kabaneri Movie 3: Unato Kessen
A new trailer was also released and revealed that it will premiere in Japanese movie theaters on May 10 for two weeks limit. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video will also distribute the movie digitally. Shinichiro Miki will be voicing the new character Kageyuki.

Given is actually a good manga, I'm glad to see some decent BL get adapted.

Given looks really good, I would have watched it regardless but when I found it was BL that only got me more interested. Its rare that they choose a good BL manga to animate so I'm looking forward to this one hopefully being decent. Plus, I read that its not really yaoi and its actually just about gay characters. So hey, maybe it won't be full of stupid fanservice for once, and we might actually get a good gay romance. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

I'm crying happy tears right now omg Given anime is happening! One of the best well-deserved BL for an adaptation. Beautiful visual and stunning PV. Characters looking so great. Cast different from drama CD but 10/10 new cast. I can't wait to hear Mafuyu singing.

I really really hope Psycho Pass S3 will once again regain its glory from the first season. Season 2 was a huge letdown.

Sarazanmai looks pretty interesting given the staff lineup and premise.

I read part of Given and it was pretty good EXCEPT I DIDN'T KNOW THE NAME OF IT WAS GIVEN SO I COULDNT FIND IT ON MAL

Will definitely keep my eyes open for Given, hadn't heard of this manga until now as I'm not that interested in Music genre anime, but the PV looks incredible.

Given doesn't look that bad...could it be? A good BL anime series? It's been a 1000 years.

Sarazanmai and Given look promising, Psycho Pass too but I gotta watch the other seasons.

Oh, these look good!

Key visual for Given looks especially detailed and hence amazing!
Will keep an eye on it for now! I hope the BL isn’t too excessive though, i don’t mind if it’s just on the surface like how Banana Fish was. Not too sure about Sarazanmai at the moment but I’ll be sure to keep up with the other two! Kabenari is surely going to be even more amazing, movie budget and whatnot, but I really hope Psycho-Pass Season 3 won’t be a flop like Season 2 is said to be(I haven’t watched it yet, you see, but I’ll by Fall Season).

Needless to say, but Fall Season is looking so much better with this noitaminA and +Ultra’s lineups!

Shitty lineup to be honest. I wish noitamina didn't go to shit. The Mappa original has potential. I expect nothing out of Psycho Pass S3, they clearly only care about milking the franchise after season 1.
