TV Anime 'Made in Abyss' Additional Cast Members Announced

The official website for Made in Abyss TV anime has announced additional cast members, and revealed a new preview. The anime will air on Fridays at 9:30 p.m. via AT-X starting on July 9, followed by Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto, TV Aichi, TVQ Kyushu Housou, Saga TV, and BS 11.

Nanachi: Shiori Izawa (Pop in Q)
Nut: Mutsumi Tamura (Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon)
Shigi: Manami Numakura (Show By Rock!!)
Kiui: Manami Hanawa (Kimi no Na wa.)
Jiruo: Taishi Murata (Baby Steps)
Raiza: Maaya Sakamoto (Kara no Kyoukai series)

Opening Theme Performance: "Deep in Abyss" by Riko (CV: Miyu Tomita) and Regu (CV: Mariya Ise)
Ending Theme Performance: "Tabi no Hidarite, Saihate no Migite" by Riko (CV: Miyu Tomita) and Nanachi (CV: Shiori Izawa)

I've definitely been sleeping on this, but if there's anything I've learned from the past few seasons (flip flappers, kemono friends etc. neither of which I've watched lol) sometimes it's the most unassuming shows that can turn out to be impressive.

The most average one to look forward next season. I feel the potential of this plot, and it would turn out to be a lot more detail plus the animation is just outstanding.
