Manga 'Ballroom e Youkoso' Gets Anime Adaptation for Summer 2017
Synopsis
Fujita has drifted through middle school aimlessly, unable to find friends or anything that can hold his attention. Then, one day, he's attacked by a gang and saved by a mysterious man. But this isn't a karate master; it's a ballroom dance instructor! Reluctantly, Fujita takes a few beginner's classes, only to find his inspiration... an entrancing, teenage dance prodigy named Shizuku. It's Fujita's first step into the high-octane world of competitive dance! (Source: Kodansha Comics USA)
Ballroom e Youkoso is drawn by Tomo Takuchi and began publishing in Monthly Shonen Magazine in November 2011. Kodansha published eight volumes as of October 2015. The series was nominated for the 6th and 8th Manga Taisho Awards in 2013 and 2015, and placed ninth in the male readers category in 2013 edition of "Kono Manga ga Sugoi!" Kodansha Comics USA released the second volume in English in November of this year.

Yep. Was about to post it here:
Staff
Director : Yoshimi Itazu
Character Design : Takahiro Kishida
Screenplay : Kenichi Suemitsu
Music : Yuuki Hayashi
Studio : Production I.G
Really great news. I.G is my favorite studio right now and they're really consistent in their animation quality so this kinda get my hopes up. Plus the music is done by Hayashi Yuuki so this is pretty high up on my radar for the Summer season.
Production IG is a big studio. They can handle it.

It's been confirmed to be done by Production IG.
I haven't read the manga though I've heard about it for a while, mostly good things. Seems interesting enough.

But I don't like ballroom at all. if only it's hip hop.
Maybe I'll watch if it's like 3 gatsu no Lion (shogi), that it's just the theme.

Please be IG, WIT, Bones, Mappa, Madhouse or JC Staff. Please don't be A1.
Super excited about these news, won't be able to relax until I find out who's making it, if it's a1 then my hype is dead.
