Staff and Cast of 'ReLIFE' TV Anime Announced for Summer 2016

NHN PlayArt has announced at AnimeJapan 2016 that the upcoming anime ReLIFE will air as a television series beginning July 2016. The series will be broadcast on the Tokyo MX, Gunma TV, Tochigi TV, and BS11 networks.

ReLIFE is an adaptation of the web manga series drawn by Sou Yayoi, which has been publishing on the comico manga reader platform since 2013.

And, HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT on the art adaptation. The MC doesn't look like Arata we all know AT ALL. Just look at his face. -_-

Art looks shaded similar to a western cartoon. Hate it. But was waiting for this show, ehhhh. I'll give it 3 eps.

Yea, I was hoping for that too...I mean, when I saw the anime character designs, it felt weird. I preferred Kaizaki and Reina's character design in the manga.

I have been reading the manga version of this (I'm at Chapter 85) and it's one of the best slice of life manga that I have ever read. It's got a hilarious cast and Chizuru's "smile" always cracks me up.

Also, watch out for that braid and glasses girl An Oyona...She's an interesting girl xD

Kensho Ono is busy doing both version of the same work. I heard he's also casted in stage version of ReLIFE (second time hearing him doing both anime and stage).

funny enough it's nothing like that. it's more like a POV of depressed middle 20's old man looking for what he miss in his teen life to fix it afterwards.

TBH, i prefer them to delay it a little more becuase manga currently on peak. i don't mind withing for more years as long it make it become complite adaptation. rushed it is not that harmful because manga has snail pace. (it's already more than 1 year since anounced lOl).
