The Stalker sales projections are supposed to be for first week sales, so if we look at how Season 1 sold... Vol.6 sold 2,531 in the first week. So how is 2,679 low for Noragami?

By the way, I used the lowest selling volume because that's an indication of how many people stuck around to buy the whole series, and the least likely to have any sales boosting bonuses.

The study is the one with the decision to make more than one season. They are the ones with a proposal to the publisher, and gets the license. Danmachi and Overlord has bad adaptations. Madhouse not does second seasons five years ago.

I've never gotten that mentality myself, it's kind of worrisome that people even think that way too. I've been told by a forum user before (not going to name names but they've posted in this thread already) that my opinion doesn't matter because I've never spent money on overpriced R2 Blu-Rays and just maintain a Crunchyroll and Netflix account. Like cool I'm supposed to buy something I can't even really play on a regular player that costs way too much money and may not even come with subtitles or anything I say is completely irrelevant so yeah really might as well delete the forums if that's the case and that's what it takes for sure. The irony is that I'm regularly the one that gets called an elitist these days yet I'd never argue for something like that which is highly so.

You do realize that Overlord is not a 13-episodes completed story, right? He has to act his part out in order to instill fear and conquer his world, to learn of the unknown, etc.

I'd appreciate if you don't throw your memes onto me. Nobody has ever said that Overlord has a lot of layers of depth to it, it doesn't mean that it's flat as cardboard tho.

I can see that Overlord is not your thing, and how you would just generalize everything that has harem/ecchi/MMORPG element/OP mc/moe, and just about every generic all-season hate. There is no discussion to be made in the first place (which I don't think is what you're seeking for), since you're already biased to one side.

Before (the albedo scene), and that was the first time he showed his true self and didn't need to put on an act.

Those are standard stuff in mmorpgs, and we knew he had a ton of them in ep 3, so no dues x machina or asspull.

Bias is just another throw away meaningless word that casuals like to use to make their opinions sound more intelligent. Other phrases you might like:

Danmachi's boost isn't bigger. And second seasons donot generally create big boosts if at all.

This is based on Amazon orders and it's usually correct if most people buy from Amazon. But it looks like a lot of people are buying Rakudai BD/DVD from other stores because they will get an extra gift (authographs from main cast) if buying from selected stores.
