New 'Kono Danshi' OVA Announced

According to the official website, a new OVA of KonoDan series Kono Danshi, Sekika ni Nayandemasu. was announced to be released in Winter.

This is the third OVA and fourth title in the Kono Danshi series with the first OVA Kono Danshi, Uchuujin to Tatakaemasu. and the second OVA Kono Danshi, Ningyo Hiroimashita. having been released in 2011 and 2012, respectively. The third title Kono Danshi, Akunin to Yobaremasu. is a drama CD released in 2013.

As mentioned before... that's the Drama CD PV, not the new OVA PV which is the 4th installment of the series. The Drama CD was the one prior to it.

I'm very glad they're making a third one! I just finished the second one and it was lovely.

Now I need to see about this drama CD, too... I had no idea they had released one.

Ohh, I often misread things and jump to conclusions lmao. That is kind of weird that all the others are BL stuff and the drama CD isn't though.

Haha it happens :) But yeah, I thought it was weird too. When the PV came out for the drama CD, I thought it would be like the Kono Danshi OVAs and was a tad disappointed to hear that it was something different. At least we can expect the 4th installment of the Kono Danshi franchise to be like the 2 other OVAs :D

I haven't seen the first OVA Kono Danshi, Uchuujin to Tatakaemasu. and I only saw the 2nd OVA on Friday, damn dat timing.

Yes! Yes!!! YES!!!!!!!!
Been waiting for years for this good news. The PV looks promising, I hope they don't stray too far away from the original style from the first two OVAs, I love the colorful and cute animation. And I hope they don't add a female main character like what they did with the drama CD. (though it doesn't look anything like it in the PV yet)
