| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Meh, first half of this episode felt boring. It did got slightly more interesting when Loki and the other begins a little bit of exploring. Even though Bete is a dick, I have to admit..he is a pretty decent fighter on the team. I think things did take a more serious turn and it didnt focus on Aiz as much this episode. Expecting more heavier action next time although I have to admit that the action this episode wasn't bad. |

| This is turning out to be more interesting than the first season with everything thats going on and it's clear someone is trying to destroy something with those monsters. Anyway some of the developments during this episode where funny, Fin seems to be very popular with the girls seeing how they reacted when the strip search thing was mentioned. The monster in the egg must be something very serious if people are willing to kill in order to get it. |
| That beginning tho O_O This episode took a really dark turn that I was not expecting, also Aiz's mom looks just like her =o And Aiz looked so adorable as a kid too!!! But for Aiz to elicit an emotional response like that at the end towards whatever that thing is, really had me shook O_O |
| Well nice, it took four episodes to get the ball rolling. I didn't really care enough but objectively this was the best episode so far definitely. |
| Damn, this got pretty interesting at the end. Good episode. I thought it was just an episodic murder mystery or something but this show sure upped it's game in the final quarter. Dionysus convinces Loki that Uranus might be the real suspect in this whole case. Let's see what comes out of further investigations. Wonder what that thing at the end was, I thought it was some kind of mind control parasite after seeing the way Aiz acted. :o |

| Finally an episode that understood what it's supposed to do with that novel adaptation. THe animation is still as crappy as before, but at least this time it didn't cut anything important nor focused where it shouldn't. Here we have most of the important familia involved in this problem mentioned in this episode. Loki Ganeisha Dyonisus Hermes Uranos Looks like the fun can start. |

| Loki goes to the sewers and finds Dyonisus was there and he's still shady. The murdered guy is still alive or it's the murdered disguised as him. Aiz affected by the strange monster. |

| The story has taken a really dark turn compared to last week. There were a couple of funny moments though, with Tione acting like a jealous yandere who threatens to rip off cocks and kick ladies away from her beloved boss, but it was a mostly dark episode overall. Whatever that hideous thing is inside that orb, it gave Aiz a big shock for a few seconds. It makes me wonders if anything bad happened in the past that involved the little green creature... Looking forward to what happens next week now. =) |

| The guy's head in the beginning just exploded. Bete can be a douche, but he's a good fighter. Got to see a glimpse of Ais's past. The thing in the round ball made her head hurt. Some giant plants came out of the lake. |

I would since it's not a huge spoiler, but it's technically still a spoiler, so this thread's rules don't allow it even between spoiler bbcode bracket. Anyway, without giving spoilerish details, Finn has a lifelong goal that is both grand and very impressive, especially when you consider that he's gone already very far in achieving it. And as a side effect of this goal, he can't accept Tione. Finn is a very cool character when you get to know him. He's also top 5 worldwide in best fighters (maybe even top3), contrary to several others of his level he has a very noble reputation (even his nickname is "Braver", tells you something), leads one of the two strongest familia worldwide, and has cool and selfless goal on top of it? That guy is the coolest character of this verse, just saying. There is no surprise seeing all those women adventurers lining up to be "body checked" (and more if possible) by him. |

| This show.. I don't know how to put it.. Every scene that it shares with the original is just a waste of time, and all the fanservice acts from previous episodes and first half of this one are quite low-qual. Now they bust out a new mysterious plot? Ok, this was kind of apparent from Ep1 monsters too, however... It was so badly done and felt like it had no connection to anything. The second half of this episode was actually really good in my book, mysterious crystals cuz plot reasons, a mysterious murder, mysterious guy with a whistle and last and smallest - A LIL NON-CUTE BABY IN A CRYSTAL BALL! Why didn't they just keep this series more towards this end from the start? all those scenes that share content with the original as well as the fanservice scenes are just a hideous waste of time. |
| Every single gag feels forced. The characters are flat. Despite taking no time to add depth to characters, the plot moves at a snail's pace. It doesn't help either that the competition is extremely fierce this season: This show can't hold a candle against Shuumatsu nani shitemasu ka, nor against Mahou no Sho, nor against Akashic Records. Sword Oratoria? More like Sword Droppedatoria. |
