| I thought the episode was good in itself, although some parts of the fishing weren't really fun but it was fun at times, when for example Lillie was catching a Milotic in a way. There were few smears in this episode too which I like those smears xD other than that, we got a background for Lana/Popplio and I thought it was nice to see, although I kinda got the idea that she wanted also for Popplio to use Bubble (I think thats the move? I watched it raw so I need to be corrected on the matter) and there were other parts that made me laugh, for example this scene:  I gotta love how these reactions look, especially for Ash in a way, that face is really priceless, and I also gotta love how Rotom reacts with the screen, which is too funny as well. Another thing that I actually laughed were the twins just going around and playing with Pikachu, I am not going to lie I putted that scene on repeat for the entire morning, it was too cute and at the same time pretty funny, especially with this reaction from Pikachu's end:  Also can I just say that I like the scene where Rowlet didn't gave a damn fuck about them being captured? I mean the little fella looks like "I'm just going to wait here until I am rescued." Lmao xDD That was so gold. Other than that, good episode, some good background for Lana and Popplio, some pretty good battle scenes and also, Bewear grabbing freaking Team Rocket, that scene where he even ran into the water, Hahahaha XDD Well, Pokemon Logic I suppose. :3 It was fun except for bits of the Fishing, some others were pretty good and funny. Oh yeah, The entire Milotic-Ash clash. That was too funny, especially when Ash just jumped like that and well clashed and went backwards after that clash with the Milotic Pfffttt- |

| Bewear running on water was so random. And Rotom calmly regitering data about it xD Ash getting slapped by Magicarp and his collision with Milotic were hilarious too xD Mimikyu is still kind of creepy and I kind of like it. |

| Sun and Moon is the best Pokemon season in my opinion, i really love what they did with it. The characters, the humor, the slice of life theme, the animation and the atmosphere. I really enjoy it more than i enjoyed the first season back when i was a kid. The game is kind of refreshing too. |

| Decent episode. We are still setting up so I wont be too hard on this episode. Bewearrunning on water is the highlight of this episode, I mean how! XD Seeing Ash being inventive again is nice, shame that he wasnt the star of this episode or that move would have worked. Btw, normally Ash warns people about excessively poking Pikachu. Weird seeing him just play along. Anyway, the new animation style really is making everything flowing nicely. Heck, just look at that scene with Ashimaru and Pikachu sliding and getting stuck in the sand. Pikachu shifted a bit through the sand. Such detail. |

| I love this episode all cos of Rowlet with his idgaf attitude and Bewear being mom af. The Lana and Popplio sub-plot is...okay I guess. It's the standard 'I'm going to prove myself to others' kind of plot. And Lana being all 'I won't forgive you' and Popplio finally being able to do the bubble thing after numerous failures are so cliche. But I guess it's good that she has the limelight first (among the supporting cast) even if it's not an interesting focus. And lol @ Rotomdex getting yelled at by Mallow and Ash, and being used as a booster for Pikachu. It's like the creators are aware of the hate Rotomdex is getting from viewers. If you all find Rotomdex annoying now, you are going to find him more insufferable later on (this is from a person who finished the game). I don't find Rotomdex that annoying but I can get the hate it is receiving. |
| Nice episode which was based on Lana's dream and fishing.Some great funny moments like Rowlet which didn't react to anything lol,Ash's fantasy fishing Kyogre,Milotic tackling Ash in the air and especially Bewear randomly running across the sea to catch Team Rocket.The new show knows how to handle comedy so far.Next episode will have to do with the only character that I despise so far.Not really interested in this,but I can tolerate one episode with Sophocles. |

I played Pokemon Moon and... all I can say is that this "Pokemon School arc" is a prologue to the actual story later on. Also, all five of Ash's classmates are/will be formally introduced in the Sun and Moon anime (Suiren in this episode, Mamane in the next, Lillie in Episode 8, Mao in Episode 9, and Kaki in Episode 10... Nyabbi/Litten will possibly be caught by Ash in Episode 7) so they aren't considered character development to me, since their introduction during the first episodes made them unremarkable mainly because the focus is on Ash being aware about the Z-Moves through Kaki performing one [Inferno Overdrive] and Kapu Kokeko/Tapu Koko making him learn one [Gigavolt Havoc], and that was it on that time. Lastly, there are no confirmed companions right now... |

Rowlet still doesn't give a fuck even when the water is splashing on his face or when they were captured by Team Rocket and I love how he doesn't stay inside a Pokeball. Rowlet is officially my favorite character in Sun and Moon. Suiren looks like she has more passion for Water Pokemon in this episode alone than Misty in the entire Kanto and Johto journey. I don't like how the Pokedex is making it seem like we don't the basic stuff it's telling us as if we never played the games before. Who is this targeting again? Pokemon Players or those who never watched the series or played the games, because if it's the former: it's a dick slap to us and if it's to the latter: i highly doubt they give a shit.
