| Wow this was really good, definitely going to have this on my 2013 list. Sure it gave me a rotten closing to the day but it was just really well done. Oh and HD funimation videos on the app look great on the kindle fire hd 8.9 or whatever.Xin taking that blo and realizing he missed and then everyone in the Fei Xin Force rushing to his aid, even Qiang Lei then retreating and taking it all for him was just so good. Then when the brothers parted ways in order to protect him, I couldnt. The scenes going back to the girls in the village offering their prayers and hopes and then back to Xin and such reminiscing. One of the better sad episodes Ive seen I really like the ED theme. |

| Aside from the sadness of one of the brothers dieing I was a little shocked that the mountain people where fighting in this battle too. I had not seen any of them until this episode and was kind of taken back. I'm surprised they didn't mention that the mountain people where helping. |

| I'm amazed that those people jumped in against Pang Nuan, loads of respect for them taking that kind of risk. And it shows just how much Shin has managed to inspire them all. I cried when I saw Shin was pulling Dao with him. |

| Wei Dao, you won't be forgotten, amazing how even the deaths of supporting characters carry a huge emphasis on the story, i tearjerked a bit when xin came back with his corspe, i honestly found the 2 brothers annoying when the show first introduced them but i now have mad respect for them. This of course again will greatly contributes to xin's growth, Xin's growth from ep 1 to now is absolutely phenomenal, i've never seen any anime handle growth so well, even Tomoya from clannad AS is just no competition against xin in the developing department. |

| HOLY SHIT, MOTHERFUCKING TEARS EVERYWHERE MAN. Sad moment was sad. 10/10 That other brother should have died too though, and perhaps some more soldiers. It's as if the enemy stopped looking right away. |

| I did not expect that. You just knew throughout the episode that one or both the brothers would die, but I still found myself glued to the screen hoping they'd survive. The lead up and ultimately the death of Wei Dao was just executed to beautifully. Saddest episode yet easily. It is war, afterall. |

| God damnit, when Dao said 'just kidding' i was so relieved, but the scene with Ping and his corpse... it is war but man right in the feels, also more feelzy seeing as i have a younger brother only a year younger than me, donotwant. |

| This is a good lesson for Xin. The kind of fame he's dreaming of is a double edged sword; while his squad was heroic and praised on their side, the enemy side went the extra mile to make sure they hunt every last one of them (which thank God didn't happen). |
| Damn Dao, you got me there. I thought for sure you were dea- WAIT NO YOU DID DIE. NOOOOOOOOOO! ; ___ ; I thought for sure Dao would live but nope. Another character kicked the bucket. This episode was sad. The CG in that last scene made it a bit hard to take seriously but it was still a really good episode. 9/10 |
| For a second I thought both of the brothers would be dead... I've felt so bad for his fiance that's left behind, they were still too young and what worse, one of the most reliable man of Shin has died. |
| Sad episode but it's about time some of them bit the bucket. It was getting pretty ridiculous how they kept escaping everything unscathed. |

| Haven't been enjoying the past 3 episodes, ever since Hou Ken appeared and Hi Shin unit tried to fight him. Been kind of cheesy with the whole focus shifting to the girlfriends just to set up the death flags, in the same damn episode. (well one could argue from the beginning of the arc when the girlfriends were first shown) Bi Tou was manly as heck but this is still too much. I've also noticed that at times, Shin seems to just.. either lose consciousness (against that brainless hulk dude under the control of Sei's little brother) and just sometimes laying on the ground even though he could still talk (multiple occasions, one of them was against Hou Ken few episodes ago, he just watched as Kyoukai 1v1 Hou Ken, on the ground, conscious, doing nothing) Hou Ken at this point is just a plot device, standing around doing nothing while Zhao and Qin armies were fighting, it's as if he doesn't have a goal, a standing plot device for Hi Shin unit to confront him. Doubt he's the kind of guy who really cares about fighting Kyou Kai at that very moment, or the war, really, since he basically made the first move without notifying anyone from Zhao's side. Disappointing. Also, Zhao's cavalry army really couldn't find Shin despite being miles away and Shin screaming in sadness to Bi Tou's passing.. the plot armor is real. Sad episode though. :( |

| though the anime had many direction and animation problem, this episode made it fine. the part where shin said "you are faking it again" made me tear. didn't thought this series would be that good, but sadly the ending of this arc probably going to end this first season. |
