Lots of wisdom in what Grandma said. Now I feel like going out into nature somewhere and watching the stars at night.

The last couple of episodes seemed really slow and for some reason this one was really neat. It showed the simplicity in life!!!

Well, this show isn't trying to be unpredictable. Great ep, probably one of the better ones in the first season

So in order to be a great undine just like Grandmother, all the person need to do is to have fun and enjoy the things the world offer. Damn, Grandma is wise. This show makes me think positive, lol.

Okay so I loved it when Aika was thinking that all the things Grandma asked them to do is related to the undine training. Also loved Aika, Akari, and Alice when they were saying those wishes while the shooting star was passing by.

I can see why a lot of people admire Alicia. It's because she's like Grandma! She enjoys everything that she does.

treat sad and hardship like seasoning in life.

It's wonderful to live everyday.

Even though I already understood that before watching this, it sure is a great reminder ^_^

That's a good life lesson right there.

"Have fun" I like simple messages like that. Aika-chan, if you want to train that badly just ask for Akira's help, I'm sure she would be more than willing to help you out with rigorous exercises. I have no doubts that Akari-chan's dream will come true. 4/5.

So Akari already have all it take to become a wonderful undine. It nice to see the same pattern between the generation of the Aria Company.

Very nice episode.

Aika-chan really overthinks things, doesn't she?
Your mean should be an even bell curve only if you watch every show that comes out. Having a high-slung mean doesn't mean you're rating improperly. It can also mean you're selecting shows well to watch mostly things you enjoy.

In episode 9 it was cool to see how the different personalities of Akari, Alice, and Aika played out. Akari, so naive and open-hearted, just accepts everything as it is. Alice the introverted, shows a talent for gathering chestnuts and sweet potatoes. She seems to gain the least from the visit with Grandma, but since she is "not feeling melancholy," she goes with the flow and has a nice experience. Finally selfish Aika spends much of the visit agitated that Grandma is not putting the trio through rigorous training, but at last she gains the most from her stay at the house and her heart is a bit more open at the end.

"You can't really play in the dirt on Man-Home anymore!"
That doesn't sound good.. Makes me wonder how bad it really is on Man-Home.

Who knew such simple advice could be so strong.
What makes Aria so great is that these reminders are applicable to almost anything you're going through.

'Do you want to hear my dream' nah not realy well i'm gonna tell you annyway xD

Poor Aika trying to hard.

Ah the typical phrases,
Aika: embarassing phrases are not allowed
Akari: eeeeeeh
Alice: You are to loud.

A beautifull view to end the episode.

In the hypothetical future where humans have the technology to terraform Mars into Earth's liking, it's very likely that there aren't many open fields on Earth anymore since every place has been so developed into metropolitan area and filled with skyscrapers.

I don't think the situation is so bad that it has become inhospitable, after all there are still a lot of people that looked like they are living a normal life having vacations/honeymoon on Aqua. The problem is more likely overpopulation in the big cities and thus some people relocated to Aqua.

A relaxing and pleasant episode. The Grandma's advice was nothing groundbreaking, but it was a good one anyways. Sure, having fun all the time won't get you all that far by itself, but constantly worrying about your training is not useful either. And it's kind of cool to see why Alicia fits so well in Aria company.

I know I'm just repeating myself at this point, but are there any more employees in Aria or is this it? I would be a lot more fun if it really were just Alicia and Akari.

Kind of funny how Aika contemplates about how they aren't receiving any harsh training from grandma when Akira had always been doing that.

Well, maybe Aika wanted to be trained by someone "better" than Akira, but still.

Textbook slice of life episode, which is a good thing in this case. "Let's visit an elderly woman in the countryside" is a tough concept to not make relaxing.
