I don't have a problem with the presence of a crossover itself, but they could have put it somewhere better, like instead of the fillers at the end of the previous arc. The sudden change here is kind of jarring. Dr. Slump seems like an interesting series though, I'll have to check it out. Also I love the revelation that Blue is a shotacon, made me lol. So this wasn't in the manga? Sort of got that feeling. I'm thinking this either ended in the Cave or at Roshi's house? |

| The jokes and references are too eccentric and don't come through to the uninitiated very well. It feels as if each character is having a part just to show that they're there with no real introductions, because it's assuming the watcher already knows Dr.Slump. Despite that Penguin Village is still amusing and pretty, and Goku and Arale together are really adorable. |
| oh gawd i couldn't believe my eyes in the shotacon scene lmao, they went too far! yeah i remember watching a few eps of dr slump in my childhood it was boooringgg. arale vs. blue i would like to see that! ^^ if my memory serves me well, she defeats tao pai pai in the movie too! |

| Weird village but peaceful. Blue thought he would be like a superman to them until he got hit by Arale and flying twins started to eat broken car junks. Haha Blue had a face that time!!! Funny thing Goku was searching for Blue with Arale and she found him but didn't recognized. |
| So Blue is a gross pedophile (what purpose did that serve?) and Akira Toriyama's apparently enjoyed his fair share of hallucinogenic drugs. |
| Top 5 crossovers ever. I also like the contrast between Blue and Goku and how Blu automatically assumes Roshi is a scientist while Goku thinks the scientist wife is the scientist because of his lack of knowledge on stereotypes. |
