Ramune really went all the way to help Kuro with his illness problem. Respect.

What's important in these recent episode is how much he helped him. The finale imo was alright, nothing too different from other episodes but still adapts an important relationship between Ramune and Kuro.

Cute little picnic everyone had in the end.

More food cooking, just because it's the signature of the series.

The entire character cast compilation of the patients in the show, all in particular to both Ramune and Kuro's love-hate relationship as both Master and Assistant who's made a complete recovery. Though what Momiji said is appropriate from a profession standpoint, and the implications severe if otherwise, both physically and emotionally, leading to a wrap if not careful.

Ramune seeking help from Nico and Ayame, while Kuro does the same with understanding from Momiji and some inspiration from the popcorn head Aona, both trying to repair their relationship in every way they can.

To end it all with the picnic meeting of sorts, the effort of Ramune's treatments shines upon everyone, and is a nice way to conclude this show...also with food.

A really nice show overall.

Oh.. I love Kuro and Dr. Ramune relationship. It's so sweet. Also, some more cooking.
It was a fun little final episode. Got to see most of the characters from the past episodes and glad they're doing great after Dr. Ramune's treatment.
Overall, a nice and fun little show. I enjoyed it quite a lot. Going to miss it a bit.

One of the more underrated series of this season for sure, but it did do well to have a lot of important life lessons packed into it! Great ending as well, wrapping up on the main protagonist we know little to nothing about

It was a pretty fitting ending for it I would say, with Kuro and Ramune's relationship's final development and then the picnic will all his patients he previously treated, that was good for him to prove that he's not useless at all.

This was such a fun anime to watch from start to end. Kuro is now healed year after meeting Ramune for the first time. Ramune was worrying about what Momiji said to him in the temple. Kuro arranged Ramune a picnic with some of his previous patients. Again very nice and fun anime^^

Too bad the yummy dick guy can't come, also the invisible thief guy doesn't even get mentioned, they're so hot that it's become a reason for me to watch this anime.

Ramune focused episode for the finale and it was pretty nice. Everyone gathering for a picnic was sweet. Ramune's sensei is a nice guy too, he was just worried for his student but he doesn't need to worry at all cause his student has a lot of reliable friends and a great assistant.

Decent anime overall, I liked the unique concept of the show.

It was a really wholesome finale, I liked how Kuro invited their patients to help Ramune feel better.

I liked this show. The best thing about it was Kuro and Ramune's relationship. The VAs were really good.

Really enjoyed this anime. Only thing I want answered is who killed the brother ;~; Its honestly nice to see Momoji showing that he cares about Ramune in his own way. Was also nice to see all his patients doing well.

Although this show was slightly above average, it was still fun to watch.

Welp, becoming a kind doctors can cause such a problems if the feelings are too involved in the patient's external affairs. Ramune's master reminded it with such a harsh way to his former idiotic apprentice. Ramune just easily a typical mc with his overly kind behaviour. Good thing he found such a great brake inside Kuro's mind, to help him managed that mentality. Then, the last scene truly a touching one. Obviously its not happening in a reality between the relations of doctors and their patients. But, as the last and farewell episode, its such a proper way to bye everything aside, until the end of the duration....

Glad that i pick this one. Even though the format always bored me without much impact to the enjoyment. Good thing the unique disease and characters dynamic helped me survive til this time. New season is always appreciated.

A really sweet finale for this show, it was nice seeing most of the people Ramune cured throughout the series together in the end. This was definitely an underrated one this season, I found it very fun, really enjoyed seeing the different kinds of mysterious diseases every week, and definitely enjoyed Kuro and Ramune’s relationship throughout the whole show. Gonna miss this one for sure, and I have to say, my favorite disease was probably the pot sticker ears, found that one the most interesting.

Pretty good season finale! Would be nice to get a second season, since I think there's still a lot of things they could do with the story, though if we don't then that ending was already pretty satisfying.

Ramune has helped Kuro and many others, now it's their turn to help him, I am glad they found an answer to Ramune's problems. Ramune can keep being the good doctor he is, but Kuro will stop him if he does anything reckless. Distancing himself with his patients just hurt them more. It was also nice to see the previous patients doing well. Honestly going to miss these show and the characters. 7/10

It's over. I love stories like this, so I really hope we get another season. (If Natsume Yuujinchou can get them, I hope this can too.)

Ramune really cares for his patients, and that's nice to see. It's even nicer seeing everyone around him caring for him.

It was cute when Aona poked Kuro's cheek. I knew he was about to do it, but that doesn't make it any less cuter.

Aona is tall! I didn't realise it.

Happy last episode, put a smile to my face!! ♡

We got to see the people Ramu-chan has helped throughout the season & they are all doing fine. That was so sweet with a little picnic at the end. Ramune is so quirky, kind & sincere always putting others before himself, I really love him. I will miss him!! Yuuma did a nice job once again ♡___♡

I will miss everyone!! Kuro, Nico-nii, Oba-chan, Aona, even Momiji. Love these characters! And that saji ED♡

but i’ll probably remember over and over again

This was one of my favorite non-sequels this season! The mysterious diseases were so interesting, and I like how it tells us not to repress our feelings or hide secrets for too long. I also really enjoyed the relationship between Ramune and Kuro. The picnic scene in this episode made me shed a few tears as well, I think it's always nice to see someone who works hard get support from the people they've helped ^^ Really wholesome ending!

I'd love to watch a second season~

This episode was so full of heartwarming moments of Kuro and Ramune that I teared up...

More than just a doctor Ramune is like a friend to all his patients, anyone would want to visit him just to hang out.

I was instantly reminded of Inumaki XD

It's really sad to see it end. I want more. It was really fun to see them cure these weird mysterious diseases. Wish it gets a second season in the future.

Overall 8/10

I was really happy with Ramune. It lightheartedly showed that stress and worry can manifest physically. Medical doctor's always want to treat the effect and not the cause.

Sometimes it seems to me that the whole show is just a study of psychological problems with the help of culinary-paranormal metaphors. Even when the whole thing revolved around the patient's dick, the author still figured out a way to use a food metaphor for that, lol.

I'm actually surprised that I ended up rating this show 8/10. Cuz I was about to drop it after watching ep#3. And even though ep#4 got a bit better & made me decide to finish watching the whole series, I still felt like rating it 6/10 atm.

The turning point was ep#5-7. I was really moved by the 2 cases (dumpling & popcorn) & felt for the characters. These episodes also changed my opinion of Ramune & Kuro, whom I totally didn't care for during the earlier episodes. They became quite likable since then.
I'm glad that I gave the show another shot so that I can see how the author is actually able to unfold the stories from a different angle from lots of other mangakas.

That picnic was sweet and the perfect way to end the story.

Overall, this show was slightly above average. I liked the first episode and Kuro's backstory the most. The concept here was great, but the stories could have been better.

I was pretty apprehensive about this anime at first cause the first few eps were so weird but man, this ended up to be a damn good anime. It was full of heart & imagination and I just love the relationship between Ramune & Kuro. They perfectly balance each other out and that's what a good partnership is all about!

I just really wish there was another season in the works but this is really underrated so it seems unlikely 😢

I'm glad Koto is doing fine since the first episode but the moment she said "I wanted to see sensei more" or along those lines, I thought... "get the FBI!" lol
but Ramune was so dense that he didn't take it or thought it that way, I mean, it is probably admiration towards him and probably a father like figure to her.
I just hope Koto doesn't get stressed over the fact the she can't see Ramune anymore and get another mysterious disease... but to think it was already 1 year already in this 12 and final episode, what happened? did we get a time leap or something? lol

They finally explained why his former teacher said that Ramune shouldn't be too invested or too close to his patients and it really explained a lot why. The answer was actually beautiful and Momiji finally recognized Ramune, as his former disciple, his efforts and deeds of what he really wants to become as a doctor. To think he was just worried about Ramune, that was satisfying.

This is a great ending to have. I will miss the ending song since it actually resonate in my heart what Kuro really feels towards Ramune. (there's no BL here and only respect and admiration). :P

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

Enjoyed the show. 1st half was really strange but I do think the 2nd half makes sense to how the strange aspects works here. There were some flaws but the characterization were pretty unique on its own medium. 7/10.
