I could be wrong tho ; )...

But i do remember that the final sequence in which the entire cast gathers was anime original

The second part of the chikuwa guy's story was cut. It's sad because he actually gets his comeuppance in it - the way the anime left it has him get off scot free.
There's also a few short omakes in the manga,
other than that it's a complete adaptation
