| Damn, this episode kind of ruined masturbation for me. haha I was not expecting an ED. lol There were so many scenes here that would make no sense if you showed them to people with no context. I have been wondering why there are no female RBCs in this body. If we assume male bodies only have male RBCs and female bodies only have female RBCs, does that make the body from the original series an intersex? The WBCs' hats in this version don't give them a signal when germs, etc. are near, it seems. |
| It's hard to think that an episode that can be wholesome, but also hilariously filled with some meme-worthy quotes would exist. Either that, or I'm not trying hard enough to find more. XD Still, this episode did a really good job at explaining about how an erection works and what happens when an erectile dysfunction happens to occur. It also kind of makes feel bad for those sperm, who may or may not be heading towards that glorious goal of meeting the ova, but instead meets a tissue. It makes you feel guilty of solo masturbating for sexual desire, but sometimes it has to be done. Despite the comeback victory from the RBC crew, gonorrhea had sadly made its way into the body and hos hurt one of the WBC hotties. I assume that the host body got it from not using the condom and was doing vaginal or even anal, but regardless, the threat needs to be taken care of. |

| A lot of meme worthy lines in this episode. But they play it very seriously. I was expecting these anthropomorphised sperm cells to die reaching a condom, though ultimately I guess there wasn't any since the body contracted an STD, but they did have one line to make a point about the cells' work being in vain. |

| Great episode. It handled the subject matter really well. I couldn't help but laugh at the sperm cells, despite them being cute. The caretaker cells were really cute too. I just had a sneaking suspicion that this whole effort wouldn't end on a happy note though. This whole thing makes you feel bad for masturbating. But it sounds as though this wasn't masturbation, that the body did in fact have intercourse. And it's looking like an STD has made it's way into the body. Expecting an intense next episode. |

| This version of Cells at Work certainly doesn't shy away from iffy topics. So this guy fucked a prostitute and got Gonorrhea in the process. O_o Yikes. I really love this version of Cells at Work. The other body also had its share of problems but nothing that was truly troubling (except for the whole blood transfusion event - must have been a really bad accident) but this one seems to belong to some overworked and stressed out typical Japanese worker who regularly ends up in the red light district. Quite a bit of social criticism to go along with the warning to better take care of yourself. |
