| I actually think this looks quite good. Look how detailed the landscape/background shots are sometimes. I get people have issues with CGI, but this is definitely good looking CGI. Some shots are even hard to tell if it is CGI or actually 2D. |

| The background art looks great and I can really feel the mud and sludge vibe it gives just like in the manga~ It would've been great had they made it drawn instead but it's fine since I don't really mind 3DCGI in anime unless it's an eyesore as long as I like the story. Hoping they'll improve it in the final cut, especially with Kaiman's head. I'm looking forward to seeing Noi looking oh-so-sexy in her dress and the Chaotic Shambles of a story that is Dorohedoro. |

| Yeah, not a fan of dorohedoro specially its art in the beginning, so I found the animation more appealing even if it contains some cgi. And be thankful the Background, the ost and atmosphere actually look great and they keep the character designs. |

| I was going to watch this, but I’m forbidden to watch Seinen anime now. While if it does adapt the Manga completely and later becomes an Shōnen, even then I still will have an ton of episodes to watch that are all Seinen. I’m sorry, but...it’s just too gory. :( |

| As most people have pointed out: the background and OST look amazing, the CGI isnt that bad but I am still bothered by Kaiman and Nikaidou. Not only their voices but a little by how they look. It looks interesting but I still dunno if I will watch it or not. |

It’s not like the series would’ve been hand drawn anyways. The art is almost impossible to replicate, as I tried drawing the characters and failed. It’s CGI, just deal with that fact and move on. |

Static shots for well-produced CGI looks good, and can appear to be 2D, it's really just the motion which has to be developed further... at least for this technique of simulating 2D hand-drawn animation. |
