| I think pigtails look alright as long as the characters look alright. They also better animate the pigtails if there is wind or something. If they don't it looks BAD. |

| Female characters with twintails are literally a gift from God itself. Probably one of my favorite hairstyles for females in anime ever made. I don't know why I like them so much, but they are just very pleasing looking in my eyes. Especially those who are very long. So, yeah, I always welcome them. |

| It's one of those hairstyles that only work with animated characters, in real life they never work, people look awful with it lol.. well except kids of course. But I do like them but only if it's a kid or a teenager character, on an adult it still looks a bit weird to me. |

| Tohsaka Rin makes it work damn well. Not sure how I feel about it in general. Can't think of any other anime girls I like with twintails, and even Rin is outshined by Saber in Fate who has a beautiful hairstyle. So, right now I can't say I'm big in to twintails. |

| My favorite twintails moment is in Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko (Ground Control to Psychoelectric Girl). Makoto has moved in with his cousin Erio and her mother (his aunt) Meme. Aunt Meme tends to act flirty toward Makoto at times (though never too overtly seductive). On one such occasion Meme changed her hair to twintails, which Makoto remarked was a hairstyle he'd expect to see on someone around his age or younger, not a woman well into her 30s. |

It's a problem when one defends lolis in anime, everyone assumes you're a hardcore lolicon. It's like, come on man, not everyone that likes feet is a foot fetishist. Now I think about the loli twintail thing... I think twintails tend to make lolis looks too young - or maybe too realistically young - for my tastes at least. When I think of lolis I think of Eromnaga Sensei's Sagiri, Monogatari's Shinobu, Fate's Ilya. No twintails in sight. |

| im not a fan of twintail because most of them are childish or kinda pissed me off (i know some of them are mature and likeable), but its fine i guess. i prefer ponytail and my favorite is long-black haired one. its sad tho that most of black-haired heroines were rejected in the end :( overall it depends on the characters design, if it fits the character then its good |

But I really love super long hair, dosen't care if it's in twintails or not. As long as the hair is super long, I think that's super neat. Something like this, I love that. |
