If you are more interested in the concept, there is a few that are technically Body Swapping, but great:

-Shishunki Bitter Change, which take a classic approach of a high school drama with the addition of the body swap in the most realistic portrayal of both body swapping and gender change.

-Futari Switch, while currently with only currently 15 chapters, take a crazier approach like previous works of the mangaka (Prison School/RaW Hero). It is also a lot more ecchi.


For more pure gender bender story, I have 3:

-Inside Mari, which take a more thriller-based approach writing with a rawer experience.

-Ame Nochi Hare, which goes in all direction with five high schoolers who change into girls when raining.

-Kanojo ni Naru Hi: Another, while the non "Another" repeat too much the same chapter philosophy into the whole story, this is a cuter shoujo version.


For short reads, there is:

-Aru Nitsu Onna ni Natte Shimatta Shinyuu ga Shiawase ni Naru Made no Hanashi (from the great Fuyuki Kiyu for the genre), which is a Doujinshi with one page per chapter/74 chapters.

-Woke-Up-as-a-Girl Syndrome (in Tatsuki Fujimoto Before Chainsaw Man: 22-26), which is a small one-shot counting all the usual quirk of Tatsuki Fujimoto.


While counted has gender bender, Yakuza Reincarnation does not really care about the gender debate, only great fights of an old yakuza reincarnate into a young princess.


While technically not a gender bender story, I must recommend Bokura no Kiseki, where a whole class remember their lives in another world and different factions. It has a lot more text by its more mysterious nature.
