| So we will be getting One-Punch Man season 2 in April 2019 (J.C.Staff). Looks like YonkouProductions was wrong. With that in mind, what are your expectations for season 2? You think it'll be as good, if not better than season 1? You think it'll be 2-cour?  |

| I'll be fine if it's mostly on-par with S1 in terms of animation, anything more than that is icing on the cake considering what's coming. Probably will be 1-cour only but I won't be surprised if they're already planning on S3 airing a few seasons later ala split-cour just like what happened with Overlord S2/S3. |

| The manga material for s2/s3 is better then the material for s1 in my opinion but I doubt that the Animation ll be as good as it was in s1 also if we only get 13 episodes I hope that we ll get a third season very soon if we have to wait 4/5 years again I ll be pissed. |

Depends on the dedication of the animators, they did a majestic job with an average budget in season 1. |

True but most Jc staff shows I have seen so far didn't have Animation anywhere close to that lv. I mean most of their shows are ecchi slice of life. |

| I expect less. S1 is the whole story. The MC is OP and he's like a normal person and wants to become a hero. S1 DID great but repetitive. If S2 will do the same story, and will not add new twists, I expect borefest. |

| Honestly I'm really excited but I'm not expecting season 2 to be better, given it's not the same studio or even the same staff (aside from a few exceptions here and there), it all just makes me a bit nervous. I would even say I'm more excited about Mob Psycho 100 II but I really just wanna see how all of this goes. Theres a bunch of scenes I'm really eager to finally see animated but I'm concerned they won't be executed properly, I was also looking forward to seeing a bit of new animation in the trailer that was unveiled today but given this season is coming out on april I don't think it's wise to ask for that at the moment. |

| My expectations are low, because I doubt it'll be able to match or outdo the first season in visual quality, but I hope it'll be awesome regardless. I haven't read the manga, so I'm going in blind with the story. |

I expect it to end at chapter 65 (end of the Monster Raid arc). So I guess 12 or 13 episodes most likely. With the April 2019 date a 2-cour is certainly not gonna happen. chapter 84 is the ending of the Elder Centipede arc though but ye most probably season 2 will be 1 cour only (13 episodes) |

| I just hope that they Don't skip the King and Fubuki stories because I think they are pretty important story Wise when it comes to character development Thanks to Saitama. Hell, I Liked those story lines more than most of what came after it. |

| I quite liked One Punch Man but never felt the hype for it like most people did, the same situation with Shingeki no Kyojin. The second season only lessened that for SnK, but the third season has me completely hooked right now so I'm kinda hoping OPM can do the same. |
| I'm just sad that there's so much waiting. :( On a more serious note, Garou looks weird. I mean, sure, I'm not used to seeing him in colour, but I always thought that he was rather pale. |

| god knows how long they have been working on this anime.. april 2019 is not far away but it could definitely be enough depending on when they started working on this. Lets just wait and see. I don't think it will be on par with season 1 though. |
