As expected, Satou-chan wouldn’t ruin her chances with Shio-chan by killing Asahi. She made the right decision to leave him alone. Also, I like the background sounds, music and colors whenever the cogwheels in Satou’s crazy side start turning. Both Asahi and Shio were most likely physically, emotionally and mentally abused by that guy in their memories. Shio was probably too young and she was probably physically or even sexually abused which is why her defense mechanism is to block all the nasty memories out. Jesus Fucking Christ, Mitsuboshi. I have no idea who is worse, you or Satou or perhaps it’s not a competition they’re both sick. I’m guessing Mitsuboshi had latent pedophilic tendencies and when the manager raped him, his last sliver of willpower snapped and he’s finally trying to delve into his desires OR perhaps when he already abused and raped little girls in the past but we don’t know about it yet. Him being raped is terrible but him SUDDENLY becoming a pedophile seems a little too convenient of an excuse to give him a ‘crazy side’ too. He was even thinking of touching Shio too then those guys came in and I was pretty happy they punched him but then they were talking about taking him to the bathroom and I’m guessing they want to kill him? Fucking Christ, even the side characters are fucking crazy. |

| I was really hoping Mitsuboshi was only like that up until Shio "cured" him but I'm really sad that he's still pretty much a "bad" dude. This anime is just straight up crazy and I love it. Brings out the fact that people in this world just aren't who they seem to be and everyone has to battle their own sins. | I have sat through some of the most blood-soaked, gore-filled, over-the-top barefaced pornographic anime that has ever existed, and I can say, without exaggeration, that this episode *might* be the closest I have gotten to being so uncomfortable and upset, that I almost started to feel physically nauseated by what I was seeing. That scene on the bench with Mitsuboshi and Shio absolutely made my skin crawl. While Mitsuboshi is turned into an almost comical character later on in the series, here in this scene, he was played completely straight-laced, and it was supremely unnerving. Yes, it is horrible that he was violated so thoroughly that it inflicted a new mental illness upon him, and it is bad that he is tormented later on in the series. However, seeing him there, begging for a little girl to *touch* him and salivating over it, and seeing the scene played out without so much as a wink-and-nod to the audience... I honestly didn't give a shit about his hardships. It felt like I was watching a no bullshit pedo-predator beginning his grooming process on his latest would-be victim, and it made me sick. After this scene, whenever he showed up again, I wanted nothing more than for him to leave and never return. Maybe this episode inoculated me against the creepiness of future episodes, or maybe the writers never succeeded in reaching those lowly depths ever again, but whatever the case, this horrible scene is going to stick in my mind as the most uncomfortable part of this show. |

| I knew the loli fucker would find her. But I don't know what's worse. Him or those guys just blatantly beating him up in front of a little girl. All ugly faces of society are present here. I see all the set up of this backstory coming in 3-4 episodes but I'll be shocked if it's actually worse then I picture it. |

| I have to say,the first part wasnt that incredible,but the second part was truly masterfully done. in the beginning i thought he intended to rape her. then when i heard the "purifying/making the pain go away" stuff i thought maybe that actually wasnt the case and his moves were intentional misdirection by the director and he actually just needed a "symbol of purity" to heal his hurt heart. i kept flipping between the two possibilities until he unfortunately mentioned the touching stuff and confirmed the rape intentions. i was after that quite happy that he got beat up. i was also quite happy for any sadness the murderer felt,and i really dont get why they made that scene as if they expected the audience to sympathize with the murderer. the only ones i legit felt bad for are the two kids. i think it is clear what happened now: the mother(the scrapped face one) ran with the girl because of the father's cruelty and went to the murderer's house,then she and the murderer's aunt and uncle were killed by the murderer because they were moving somewhere else and the murderer couldnt accept being separated from the little girl. the boy's contact stopped and he became quite worried for the girl and began searching for her. poor kids :'( |

| I just watched an animated child be in serious danger for 25 minutes. When Mitsuboshi found Shio, I went back-and-forth on whether it was cute or fracked up. Watching him drool all over himself while wanting her to touch him made me decide "fracked up." Dude, I'm sorry that lady raped you but I take a hard line on pedophiles. I swear, everyone in this anime is so screwed up. I've seen some twisted crap, but what makes this one scary is that a young child is always in danger. ADDITION: Even when Shio is with Satou it's creepy. Satou should not be around children or sharp objects. |

| At the rate this anime is going, I wouldn't be surprised if even Shio turns out to be a pedophile... maybe they'll introduce an even younger kid for her? Either way, it's ridiculous and amusing. And I can't even imagine how thirsty the above commenters must be, to think that getting locked in a closet all day, is worth it for some sexual action involving a kink you may, or may not, be into. | Satou doesn't seem to control herself there, Shio didn't follow what Satou said to her and just went outside I hope something bad doesn't happen to her, poor sweet Shio all by herself outside It's a good thing Satou controlled herself back there but she won't be happy when she comes back, Some flashbacks were presented to Shio about what happened to her and a little bit of a recall regarding her family, Mitsuboshi is really on my nerves especially when he goes pedo mode his VA really complements the character especially when he turns crazy after all and when he's being nice as well, Natsuki is really talented when it comes to this I wonder what's going to happen next when all this pacing is and how the story progressed this episode, Satou might go crazy yet again I hope she doesn't. |

| why is nobody talking about how deaf Asahi was in this episode? Shio was literally running under the bridge he was walking over, if he just turned around after hearing her footstepts he could've reunited with her. Not to mention in the 6 minutes Touya was harassing his younger sister (assuming that's their relations to eachother) he only walked like ten steps from the bridge? That really just did not make sense to me. Also why did Satou not change Shio's clothes or hairstyle at all? It's a missing kid for crying out loud, if you don't want people to find her atleast put some effort into it |
| So much happening in this episode. I can't even begin to think that it would come to the point where Mitsuboshi and Shio actually met in person. The thing was that it wasn't even planned out either. As for Satou, she didn't see Shio once she came home and is scouting outside to look for Shio. Let's hope she gets Shio back Shio also seems to be having past memories of what seems like her mother. I doubt that Shio will ever be able to reunite with her mother again though. |
