| Clannad After Story hit me pretty hard. Grave of the Fireflies was a hard one to get through too. Also some anime that weren't necessarily sad throughout but had some sad moments would be Death Parade Hunter x Hunter Steins;Gate, nothing in this one really brought me to tears or anything but I did feel sad for some of the things the characters had to go through. |

| From the anime I've watched, shigatsu wa kimi no uso, but all my friends who watched both that and clannad after story told me that after story was way more sad, so I think clannad after story will be the saddest one I've watched when I'll have watched it. |

| I don't view any anime series I've watched as overall "sad". There are a few scenes that were sad, yes, but no anime has made me sad throughout. Having to pick, it would probably be something that ended in a sad way Code Geass Assassination Classroom Berserk I would probably have to go with Code Geass though since I wasn't expecting that. |

| Highschool of the Dead made me cry. That show could have been like The Walking Dead(Anime Version). Instead a great premise was wasted for more ecchi bullshit. I still haven't gotten over that.
