Its alright so far, apparently I just got to the part where it starts to get really good and really crazy so it's hard for me to say just yet

After reading your review, it felt somewhat unpleasing because I have a somewhat strong attachment to the anime, as a manga reader myself, I can say a lot of the stuff it's just for the build up and foreshadowing for later on, so it makes sense for the pace to be slow after such explosive first episode, the hate for Aqua is somewhat fair enough and I think there are better ways to portray him as a dark character who is seeking revenge for his mother, atleast for me. The side plot of Kana Akane "Waifu War" stuff like you mentions, this side plot rom-com if you are not stupid enough, I figured this out before even watching manga, this side plot is gonna have a huge contribution to the main plot so I don't even know if we should call this a side plot or not. Comedy are subjective, there is no 100% good comedy and I do find a lot of scenes in the anime quite funny, the Ruby reacting to Aqua in the dating show, the baking soda scene. And I think there're a lot of stuff that is unseen before in an anime, for example, bringing up the internet cancel culture in an anime directly like this, and I think a rating of 4 is undeserving to the point where I think you're just hating because of nothing

Yeah, I saw a bit of a resemblance. And they're both smart characters. I wouldn't say Aqua is a bootleg Light though. Aqua is just trying to get revenge. Light was trying to change the whole world and become GOD. Light is a beast

Yeah I get what you're saying. I see how that can be off putting since it could clash with the main theme of the anime. I can also agree a bit with your comedy point, as it's not really there at times. Like Kana's "baking soda" part that somehow went viral (though it's probably a funny joke that got lost in translation).

What are your thoughts of the 6th Oshi no Ko episode alone? I'm just worried that your takeaway was that it's a "mediocre romance waifu war" anime. I found that it was a pretty deep show about the dark sides of being a celebrity. Stuff that usually gets shoved under the rug being put under the light.

If you don’t like oshi no ko just drop it and stop watching and also this is not an isekai. I don’t understand why people hate an anime and still continue to watch it

Haha..I actually went through a job already..this is the 2nd Job..I shifted from my Hometown so I quit and took up a new job..XD

You were not active at the point when I was in my previous job..but damn at that point I was pretty much ded here..at least on weekdays I was completely ded..but with this job I am trying my best to stay at least a little active down here..XD
