| Is it okay to laugh? I think it's okay to laugh. Why? Because it's like Makura no Danshi, with less characters and worse animation. And Makura no Danshi is funny to me. Doesn't mean I don't like it though lmao Well, the glasses guy is the most interesting so far... Or so I thought unti I watched the ED. And the preview for the next episode. | Meh..I never cared for series like this that put you as the one being confronted by the cast. Having the characters talk to the screen with no one really there is just awkward as hell. Reminds me of the Kuroshitsuji special that did the same thing. |

| Bad first short episode, where a young girl arrives a house when live 3 young peculiar boys!!! All was mundane, almost the three personalities :( |
| I'm gonna be a little late to the party on these eps since i refuse to pay for crunchy roll, for a myriad of reasons. I've watched both Makura no Danshi and One Room before this so here're my thoughts judging from the first episode: Quite disappointed by the art, in fact, VERY disappointed by the art. The front image is nothing like the art in the episode. Very flatly animated and almost blank slate looking characters, so here's hoping their personalities shine through. I have a feeling that this may be quite different from Makura no Danshi and One Room in that, both of those were 'you' the viewer interacting with one character at a time. I have a feeling that in Room Mate we may see more of the 3 boys interacting with one another. I find this and One Room far less cringy than Makura no Danshi. Some of the pauses in that were just far too long, and you learned next to nothing about the characters. In fact, Makura no Danshi seemed to contain more caricatures than actual characters. As for the episode, the main characters all seem to be a few shades of crazy, which i'm ok with. The overall tone seemed more like a comedy than anything else, and that ending leads me to believe that we're going to be getting a lot of double entendres. Can't wait for the next one :D |

| Wow... I don't know what to make of this episode. I stumbled upon the series by accident; it was lasted on the side when I watched another anime, and I got curious. It seemed a little useless for Takumi to climb over the gate. And I guess he was being cool when he carried his suitcase on his shoulder...? :P I was surprised by Natsuki Hanae's voice acting!! He really did a great job with that deep voice! And when he spoke with Aoi's 'normal' voice, he truly sounded like Kaneki! >< I don't know what to make of Shinya walking in almost naked with a towel... I'm a little curious to see how it would be like to be these three boys' roommate. So far, I'm most intrigued by Aoi and his passion for acting. I was confused when the three boys went shirtless in the ending credits/theme song! :P Aoi's bottom sleeves were still there... And that ending after the song confused me even more. ._______. Was Takumi working out?? It would be too fast to do anything Rated R with the viewer/building manager... |
