| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hmm onsen episode. This was a lot of fun to watch especially with Kuro being overexcited about it. I think the episode was overall okay even with the censorship. It's a breather after all the drama and Miyu recuse attempts. Even Bazett joins the fun with the other girls. Happy to see Erika's presence this episode. Pacing should pick up more from here with saving Miyu again. The trap though...Illya and the others should of been more careful. |

| LMAO the comedy hit me again xD rather than put action scene in this episode, they put a huge hint (imo) in this episode. when Illya got teleported into that pararel world, that was the moment when Tanaka forgot everything and got amnesia. and not only that, her desire, her BIG desire to destroy Ainz family....and the fact that after being hit by thor's hammer and still a live....it makes me want to know more about her....i doubt she is a human... overall it was a great and enjoyable episode overall because of the fun scene. jokes are still funny as usual but god dammit silver link!!! why you did that ? why you put a god damn cliffhanger in the end ?!?!?! that cliffhanger is killing me tbh. the tense and thrill, i can clearly felt it that time. well executed for that scene imo. next episode, i really hope it will be full of actions this time. looking foward to it XD Illya-onechann~~~ yeah....i never thought he was that kind of guy. what a messed up guy lol xD and i doubt that was all of the new character for this season. i think there are 2 more character that haven't being introduced yet if i'm not wrong according to the opening visual... |

Don't worry, there will be a BUNCH of action in the next few episodes (I got the idea when I tried to divide the summary of the possible amount of chapters they are covering into seven episodes). From what I did regarding the summary of what will happen, I'm thinking the buildup will start from Episode 7 and then continue the epicness there until the last episode. It will be worth the wait :D As for the "new characters" from the opening... yeah, it's gonna be a big surprise. |

| So they all have different information on what happened to result in the formation of that crater. Kotomine told Illya that it was a gas explosion while someone told Kuro that it was due to a meteor falling. And then they look towards Gil for answers lol. That bastard knows a lot of things but there's no fun in telling them everything he knows. Lol Erica's introduction. She wasn't stuck on the wall, she didn't need help getting down, she didn't need directions to the toilet, she didn't wet herself, she didn't get soap in her eyes. Lol that loli. Illya sure was annoyed. And that sure was a weird way to introduce her to Kuro lol. "She's a girl who wet herself in front of me" lol. Lol "isolated shower". Illya-onee-chan though. And there really is a hot spring noble phantasm? Gotta love that Gate of Babylon. Gil has a lot of useful stuff there, from weapons to clothes to hot springs. Also really like how Illya is wearing those purple clothes similar to FSN. Even more considering Gil gave it to her and then what happened in FSN between the two... Tanaka doesn't remember anything prior to falling on Illya apart from knowing that she just has to destroy the Ainsworths no matter what. And then she proceeds to kiss Illya out of the blue. Illya sure is in demand here. First Kuro and now Tanaka is after her lips. And then Erica's father comes to school to pick up his daughter. And Sapphire manages to get through to Ruby and warns them that Darius is coming to town. But her warning was a bit too late as the tape holding the barrier up lost some of its stickiness and he entered in that time. And now that bastard will be fighting the lolis and Bazette and Tanaka because Gil is a bastard who just has to disappear when he's needed the most. And by the looks of it, he'll be giving the girls a tough time. I mean, Saber Illya is down after getting beat in the next episode preview. And that guy looks a bit disturbing with how he was looking at Miyu. |

It more likely has something to do with the Holy Grail. |

A single viewers feelings, which in this case depends on ones biases, preferences, from an episode or scene doesn't demonstrate a studios talents or lack thereof. Especially when it comes to something vague as "tension". And speaking of "perfect", Fai thought UBW was perfect adaptation for most of the first season, until "too much spotlight for saber". I think it's kinda ironic, that he can't praise Prillya or Silver Link without mentioning Ufotable... |
